Summary:
The Awesome Azule Abode has everything you need for an amazing adventure in Colorado. This home is located in a quiet suburban neighborhood only a 20 minute drive to the heart of downtown Denver OR to Red Rocks Amphitheater!
This 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home includes a spacious living room, separate large den, and a spacious “mud closet” so you will have plenty of space for everyone’s gear. Two bedrooms each include a Smart TV and one Queen Sized bed each. A third bedroom features 2 Twin sized beds. A larger group may wish to utilize the fold-out queen sized mattress in the living room, where you will also find a Smart TV connected to our high speed Wifi.
There are two complete and separate bathrooms, positioned evenly between the bedrooms. One bathroom features a tub/shower combo and the other includes only a shower stall. Basic toiletries and fresh towels are provided.
Our home includes full sized kitchen appliances and all the dish and cook wares you need to feed your entire group home-made meals during your stay. We’ve provided some spices and cooking oils to get you started. Our pantry has ample space for your groceries without sacrificing counter space.
Laundry detergent, dryer balls and dryer sheets are provided above of our full sized laundry machines located in the hallway.
Our property’s driveway and backyard are fully fenced and we welcome pets of any size without additional pet fees. If your adventures include playing in the snow, enter from the backyard and enjoy a spacious closet to store all your winter gear and disrobe without tracking water and mud inside.

The Space:
This lovely corner lot on the edge of Denver features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Enter the home via the front door, and you will find yourself in the living room, to the left, which borders the dining and kitchen areas towards the right.

Straight through the living room, hallway access presents a bathroom, complete with tub/shower combo to the left. To the right is the first of our 3 bedrooms which features a Smart TV and a desk, perfect for any work that has followed you on your trip.
The middle bedroom features another queen sized bed and smart TV. There are some hangers located in this closet. With one door adjoined to this bedroom, our third bedroom features 2 twin beds. The alternative exit of this third, twin bedroom enters into another hallway where you will find full sized laundry equipment to the right and another complete bathroom to the left. This recently remodeled bathroom features a shower only. Laundry supplies are located above the machine.

In the kitchen, you will find labels on cabinet shelves and drawer edges to help you find what you need and to return clean items to their proper home. We’ve stocked our home with an eclectic variety of dish ware to accommodate dining for your group. Please let us know if you have special cooking plans during your stay, so we can make sure that the appropriate tools are available.

Our dishwasher is not permanently installed but works very well. Please send us a message or see the posted signs for detailed operation instructions.

The city of Denver collects trash or garbage, recyclables and yard waste or compost. Please refer to posted signs about how, where and when to dispose of any waste.

Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to this property during the entirety of your stay, including the yard and driveway space which is enclosed by a wooden privacy fence.

There is one locked closet in the first bedroom that is unavailable for guest use. The garage and its attached storage shed is also locked. We ask that guests respect the privacy of these spaces and do not try to enter.

Park on the street to enter this corner home via the front door. Behind the cast iron security door, you will find our Yale lock where you can enter your door code, followed by the “Checkmark” symbol. Lock this door by pressing any button when you depart. Other exterior doors can only be locked from the inside, so please secure before your departure.

The Neighborhood:
The Neighborhood

This is a quiet neighborhood that features parks and schools. Daytime pedestrians, many walking pets and commuting students are common during the day when weather permits. The neighborhood is also largely occupied by families and thus quiet hours are expected after 9PM every evening. Our home is not designed for events or large groups. Please respect our neighbors and park in front of our home only.

Getting Around:
Downtown Denver is very well organized and easy to navigate thanks to it’s alphabetical streets.

Lyft and Uber are widely available in this area which is also used to heavy, daytime pedestrianism.

If your trip involves a drive to a more natural feature or an event at Red Rock Amphitheatre (which is only 20 min away!) make sure that you check the weather to ensure that your vehicle is safely equipped to handle the mountains under current conditions.

Other Things to Note:
In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our cleaners a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Place all used towels in the washing machine and start the load
3. Load and start dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.

Interaction with Guests:
Check-In is self-guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.
Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away!

Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.

This place has great vibes
From the photos I didn't realize it was going to be such a large property with so many nooks and cranny's. From the outside the property looks just like every other place in Denver, very nice curb appeal, yard, but upon opening the front door, at least for us, it was like being transported back to my way young years visiting my grandparents house. There was just something about the way everything was appointed that made this visit so warm, cozy, inviting and just overall comfortable. Everything was easy to find and in obvious locations. The house wants you to feel invited, all the furniture is actually comfortable and supportive and provides intimacy and conversation and relaxation. The outside yard offered a great covered porch; and since it was storming, it was very nice to sit on the porch listening and watching the rain without getting wet. We intended to bring out dogs, but that changed at the last moment. However, I know my doggo's would have had so much fun in that yard and it was big - again deceiving from the outside! If I ever need a another rental like this in Denver, I'll for sure be booking again.

Christmas in Denver
It was a great house for our family to get together for Christmas. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room to sprawl out and the fenced in yard was perfect to let our dogs enjoy the holidays with us.

Thanksgiving
It was a very adequate house for celebrating Thanksgiving with our Denver family. We needed trash bags and the porch light didn't work but everything else was great!

Nice Little Property
Overall, this is a nice place to stay in Denver. It is very close to downtown, Mile High stadium, Ball Arena, Boulder, Shopping, Restaurants, etc. It is clean, fairly well stocked, lots of "extras" like a coffee bar, laundry supplies, etc. We did have a few issues with the dryer not working (leaving me with a load of wet clothes to pack in my suitcase), cleaning from the previous renters leaving all the towels in the dryer, and check-in messages not being delivered (requiring a phone call to the owner to gain access). All minor annoyances, but annoyances none the less.
