Our two-bedroom, two-bathroom home with its large fenced yard and deck is perfect for indoor and outdoor comfort. Being just two minutes from the nearest hospital and less than twenty minutes to Downtown Denver, our home is in a great location!

Our place is ideally suited for small families or two couples seeking a quiet getaway. The main bathroom features a luxurious glass shower that adds a touch of elegance to your daily routine. The dual living areas provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment, ensuring that everyone in your group can find their perfect spot to unwind. The heart of this home is the well-appointed kitchen, complete with a kitchen island and breakfast bar seating. Whether you're a seasoned chef or love to whip up your favorite dishes, you'll find everything you need to create culinary delights in this fully-equipped kitchen.

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee on the welcoming front porch or the back deck lounging on the comfortable outdoor couches. The generous deck beckons in the backyard with its inviting outdoor dining area, perfect for savoring meals under the sun or stars. Great house, great neighborhood, very clean and the vacation rental collective of Denver was very helpful before and during they stay! If you are looking for a quiet clean house to stay in just outside of Denver you’ve found it!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay a lot the house was lovely. to bad the snow kept us from hanging out on the patio, but that's ok it was pretty and the fireplace made it cozy. I had 2 things I wanted to let you know about if you weren't already aware. The master bed's shower drain needs some tending to it wasn't draining fast at all, we were standing in the water. Drained after shower. And this one wasn't a big deal we just listened to YouTube on tv, but the we couldn't get the stereo to work. But other than that. we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!!

Nice place in a great location

Definitely, enjoyed the outdoor space with deck, grill and enjoyable views of the mountains from backyard. We enjoyed the location as it is close to restaurants, shopping, and other places of need/attractions. Overall, the space was perfect for us and enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend this house for anyone wanting a nice play to stay with plenty of outdoor space and good location to most things in/around Denver area.
