Supplies Included Are: - A full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals - Serving utensils - Tongs for grilling on the BBQ - A full set of knives - Oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, fridge - Blender - Coffee maker (both a drip and Keurig/K-pod machine available) - Air fryer - Stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper and all your basic condiments.
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

When you stay at Three Peaks, you’ll be close to:
Radium Hot Springs (19km): In just over 15 minutes, you can be at Radium’s famous natural hot springs, where you can experience soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This excursion is something you definitely have to have on your vacation itinerary.
The Whiteway (3.6 km): A 30km multi-use trail groomed for cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records. You can find an access point at Kinsmen Beach and Windermere Beach.
Golfing: Copper Point Golf Club is just down the way (a 4-minute drive) from Three Peaks. Also close by is Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course. If you`re up for an adventure, the Greywolf Golf Course, a world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada and perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains, is less than 30 minutes away.
*Please note, our place is close to the highway so you will hear some road noise while outside. Additionally, the neighbouring property is currently under development, so construction noise may be present during weekday business hours.*

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. HOUSE RULES: Before booking we ask that you review and acknowledge the following house rules: 1. Be respectful of our neighbours. 2. Quiet hours are between the hours of 10pm and 8am 3. Hot tub use should be restricted to 30 minutes and avoided by anyone who may be pregnant. After each use, it is the guest’s responsibility to add 1 cap of boost granules (chlorine granules) into the middle of the hot tub while the jets are turned on and to run the jets for 20 minutes and leave the lid open for 45 minutes. Please make sure that you remember to close the lid as no one wants a cold hot tub. We find that this is best done at the end of the evening as the hot tub should not be used for 3 hours. If you remove the chlorine floater during your use it is the guest’s responsibility to make sure it is placed back in the hot tub after each use. We ask that if you are enjoying a beverage in the tub you only use plastic cups. If the hot tub water is not properly maintained and requires more than 1 site visit for maintenance or requires us to drain and refill the water there will be an additional charge of $400.00 4. There is no smoking permitted on the property. 5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be billed to the guest. 6. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this home. The owners were incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. Communication was prompt, friendly, and clear, which made the entire process smooth and stress free.The layout of the house is excellent. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably, and the rooms are thoughtfully arranged to give both openness and privacy. Our group really appreciated how functional and welcoming the design was, with great flow between the kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces.The quality of the home truly stands out. Everything is well maintained, clean, and updated, and it is clear the owners take great pride in the property.

Home away from home
The property was perfect for our group to stay. House was spacious, clean and well organized. We loved the location to Invermere, Fairmont and Radium. The only downside is you are right on the highway. So if you want quiet, this isn't the place for you. We enjoyed it, and would stay here again.

Excellent Home for Golfers
The home is close to a number of golf courses. It is also located right beside the highway, however we did not hear any traffic noises inside the house. With 4 bedrooms, hot tub and pool table, it is a good fit for 4 golfers. We enjoyed air stay and plan to come back next year. The only suggestion for improvement is to upgrade the pots and pans, as we enjoying cooking in.

Beautiful house and property.
Very comfortable house and lots of room. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Lovely backyard with extra space. Hot tub is great. Some highway traffic noise but it didn’t bother us too much. Windermere area is beautiful with lots to do!

Invermere House
The house is very beautiful and spacious. Very clean and well kept. The backyard was great. My husband and kids used the putting green every day. Nice sitting areas and a covered area to sit when the mosquitos came out. It’s next to the highway but that didn’t bother us too much. I would definitely recommend this house for a larger family like ours.

Property was listed as "near" the highway but on arrival it was right next to the highway. Did not get good nights rest due to this. Light

Respite and rest
We were looking for a place to put our feet up and pause life for a few days. Three Peaks was a great choice. We arrived with a couple of teens in tow, and they quickly moved into the self-contained basement.
We were all able to settle in quickly - wi-fi was easy to sign in and strong. Bluetooth speaker - a nice touch for tunes. We were able to easily access all our streaming services. Amazing small appliances - three types of coffee machines (loved the capsule machine) and even an air fryer - nice touch for making quick meals
We appreciated the variety of mattresses, from firm to soft, and the good pillow options that we swapped around. There were also lots of well-considered extras, such as blackout blinds, makeup cloths, and extra throws.
The house is up against the highway, however, we didn't notice any traffic noise.
All in all a good choice.

Presented as advertised. Good layout. Lots of functionality for 4 guys on golf trip. Fantastic back yard. Lot of attention on details to enjoy your stay. Some reviews mention being close to highway. Yes, it is close, but highway noise was not a distraction at all, even when sitting outside. Backyard is well treed and such great space to visit. 4 mins away from Copper Point Golf Course and Starbucks. 8 mins to Eagle Ranch. Check in and check very easy.
