Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home near historic downtown area. Our home is located in a diverse, quiet, historic lot and block neighborhood. Easy access to restaurants and shopping.

This home is located in a culturally and socioeconomically diverse, historic, lot and block neighborhood. It is overall a quiet neighborhood with schools and churches but not a country setting. Very easy access to dining and shopping. We have owned multiple properties in this neighborhood for over 25 years and are committed to the maintenance and preservation of these wonderful, vintage, and historic homes. The Little House on Pecan is a small brick home with just over 1000 square feet of heated space. Although this is a historic neighborhood, this particular home was built in 2004.
There are three bedrooms and one bath in this home. Living, dining combo areas are attached to the kitchen. 55 inch smart ROKU TV in the living area. Fully functional kitchen with stove, oven, fridge, NO dishwasher. There are necessary utensils, cookware, and dishes to cook and serve a meal. Drip coffee pot provided.
Washer and dryer provided in home.
King bed in main bedroom with 42 inch smart ROKU TV and a secretary desk. The other two bedrooms have queen sized beds. One of the queen bedrooms has a futon. Pack and play provided.
There are NO cable or satellite channels. TV’s have Netflix, Hulu, etc.
High speed internet is provided.
Guests will have access to the entire home. There is a 3000 square foot concrete parking area at the rear of the home perfect for boats, trucks, trailers, etc.
Guests will be able to access the home 24/7 with an easy to use keypad lock. No key necessary.
