Located in the Heart of Moss Point, it's just a short walk to the Riverfront walkway. Great property for workforce housing. Very close to Chevron, Ingalls, and Mississippi Power. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun!

Beware of Unjust Charges

We recently buried my baby brother in Moss Point, MS. We spent the weekend in this complex, Unit G on Arthur Street. We loved it, and as with every facility I use for rental or a special event, I pride myself on leaving it cleaner and better than I found it. Unit G was no different. My daughter and I made three sweeps through the entire condo before we walked out a little late at 11:01 am. Spotless! There was no trace of trash, dust or harm in Unit G. Two days later we received pictures of overflowing trash left in the kitchen, an empty strawberry soda box, unmade beds, soiled towels and a cracked tv, which cost my daughter a $200 damage fee charged to her credit card. My daughter sent multiple texts saying this was not how we left that unit. She asked for photos with the date and time stamped on them. She asked for ways refute these charges as there is no way that trash, unmade beds and cracked tv was left behind under our watch. No one has helped us but they definitely charged her credit card for something we did not do. The pictures were from the cleaning crew and they claimed they were from after our stay, but there was no undeniable proof of the time and we know we did not leave the house like that or break a tv. Folks, the stay was excellent but all that glitters is not gold. Beware of the management company: TTGW Properties, Host: Rodney Williams in Moss Point, MS. Is this a regular scheme? As a grieving family, we have turned this matter over Legalshield.

Decent

Our stay was good, there were a few things that could have been better but overall was a decent stay. The ac stopped working we had to stay in a hot apartment 24hours until it finally cooled back down after it was fixed. The faucets would have a continuous drip in the bath tubs. We also received a noise complaint for moving the chairs at the kitchen table to eat dinner. It is a little pricey for the location and being an apartment, but overall decent stay.
