Enjoy waking up to the views of the gulf every morning! This beautiful ocean front condo boasts an open floor plan with an upscale, coastal interior. This unit is complete with patio furnishings sat atop an enclosed balcony overlooking the beach. The building itself is packed with amenities including a HEATED pool & spa, pool loungers and cabanas, a private gym, putting green, grill area, all kept secure by its wonderful security staff. When you're ready to hit the beach, simply walk down the steps of the pool deck to enjoy the semi-private beach. Close enough to the heart of Clearwater beach to be within 2 minutes of dining, attractions, and activities, yet far enough to feel like you have the beach to yourself.
The open floor plan of this unit features a dining table fit for 5, a roomy living space, and a gourmet kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. The guest room has one queen sized bed and a thoughtful queen sized murphy bed for when there are extra guests visiting town. When entering the master one can't help but be amazed by the breath taking views of the gulf. Truly fit for a king, the room has one king bed while the updated bathroom features a large vanity, shower, and a heated bidet.
Wifi, parking, use of the linens and towels are all included in this property. Just bring your vacation clothes and enjoy what Clearwater Beach has to offer.
