Welcome home to Sunrunner! This single-family home is just a block from the Bay at Sandpiper Village Park where public fishing is allowed and the sunsets are magical. Located in quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac, this family friendly house boasts updated finishes throughout with a large, fenced-in backyard.
Located just minutes from the white sand beaches of Pensacola Beach, the Gulf Islands National Seashore, Gulf Breeze Zoo, and Pensacola NAS (home of the Blue Angels).
The space
The main floor consists of a modern kitchen, dining room, living room, half bath, and game room. A washer and dryer are available for guest use. The second level is where you will find the Primary Bedroom with private bathroom, plus two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom.
Guest access
All areas of the home are accessible, with the exception of one Owner's closet located under the stairs on the main level.
