Home on the bay with the best sunset's. You have your own private dock to fish off, lounge chairs to lay out .there is a kayak to explore the bay area and look for dolphins. Picnic table to sit outside and BBQ. There is a fire pit and new beach chairs, corn hole game ,Hammock to relax so much to do so little time. Close to both pensacola and Navarre Beach. This home offers 3 bedroom's sleeps 6 . 2.5 bath home has been recently updated from the inside out. close the Pensacola and Navarre beach. close to shopping. playgrounds, walking trails. I am an experienced Host .

We had a wonderful family vacation here. Kitchen well stocked with the proper things for making all our meals. Lovely view. We even saw dolphins and a couple sting rays. Will definitely book again.

Great place to stay close to Pensacola Beach away from the traffic and crowds. Took us only 12 minutes to get to Pensacola Beach strip. House was beautiful and clean. Excellent communication with the host. He answered within a couple minutes of any questions I had or recommendations I needed. Would stay there again.

Very good sunsets, nice bay access, good fishing dock, very nice new owner working to make it even better. Close to everything but house is in quiet area. Dont return to many rentals but probably would on this one.

The home was in a lovely location on the bay and stores/restaurants were easily accessible. Pensacola Beach is a short drive over the bridge, as is the City of Pensacola in the opposite direction. The home had everything we needed, although better towels would have been a plus. Keep in mind that the bathrooms are very small. All in all, it met our needs for a quick weekend trip.

BEAUTIFUL VIEWS AND GREAT LOCATION. THE PROPERTY COULD USE SOME BUILDING REWORK. I WOULD NOT SAY THIS HAS BEEN RECENTLY UPDATED. PAINT AND TRIM HAS SOME AREAS STAINED AND PEELING. THE PROPERTY HAS DEFINITELY BEEN USED AND SHOWS SIGNS OF WEAR. FRENCH DOORS LEADING OUT THE BACK HAVE A SIGNIFICANT GAP/OPENING AT THE TOP. AESTHETICS WERE VERY NICE AND ALL FURNISHINGS SERVED THEIR PURPOSE. GREAT HOST AND TENTATIVE WHEN NEEDED. OVERALL, WE DEFINITELY ENJOYED OUR STAY!

Wonderful Gulf Breeze Stay

We absolutely loved the stay! The environment was inviting and the property was well taken care of. The neighbors were amazing and very helpful! The view was breathtaking! Our family had a wonderful time and we hope to stay again in the future!

This property is beautiful. Close enough drive to the beaches but sits in a perfect location to not have to be in the midst of the beach traffic. The house itself is lovely - beautifully decorated and inside of a spectacular neighborhood. The house is right on the bay and has a pier for fishing, kayaking, etc with all of the amenities to make it very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Bay Stay !

Our family had a very peaceful stay. The sunrises and sunsets are amazing ! It was great for the kids , a beautiful yard to play in / dock and fishing. One of the most serene properties we have stayed

we bought the house from my husbands grandparents we have worked on restoring it for years. We love it there (we lived in it for over 3 years) we moved to pensacola about 30 min away.

If you like to relax in a hammock ,fish or swim off the dock , Kayak, sit by a fire. close to several beaches, and you also have your own beach in the backyard. This is also a full size rental you will have the whole house with everything you need.

You will often see dolphins in the backyard, hawks and bald eagles have also been seen.
