Beautiful - warm and inviting, open and peaceful Private - nestled in wooded area, lots of deer and butterflies Spacious - Perfect for our size of six adults. Plenty of room to stretch our legs and relax. Location - Close to main Frankfort activity, marinas/sport fishing with short drives to lovely beaches. What we loved the most - scenic view, covered deck, great/living room, kitchen, hot tub, and comfy beds!

We had a wonderful time in Frankfort staying in this beautiful home! It was both private and close to everything. The home was spacious, peaceful, and comfortable. It was the perfect spot for a family vacation.

We really had a wonderful trip. The property was absolutely beautiful and the view was outstanding! The only recommendation would be having access to a washer and dryer. I strongly recommend this property and look forward to coming back.

Hi Josh! Thank you for your kind words! I appreciate your thoughts on the washer and dryer. You may be surprised to hear that you are actually the first renter to make that suggestion! Just so you know we have chosen not to have our laundry room accessible because this is our private residence that we live in from September - May and we have concerns over potential issues that may arise with renters use. If you were to return to our Hilltop Retreat we would gladly provide information on the local laundry mat - which is only a few blocks from the house. I’m hoping your vacation was filled with loads of fun and sun! ☀️

Great vacation, great house

My family and I loved our stay in Frankfort and definitely plan on a return trip. Amy and Chris were perfect hosts and the property was extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed Frankfort and all the M22 towns that are easily accessible from the location. Thanks for a great week

Wonderful accommodations.

We had a great time. Amy and Chris were fantastic hosts, and Abby (the dog) was lots of fun! Very clean, very accessible to anything you want to do in Frankfort or surrounding area. The hot tub was amazing, as was the view! We will be back.

Perfect for the triathlon weekend!

I raced Michigan 70.3 in Frankfurt and travelled with my wife and our toddler and baby, and my parents. The space was perfect for the six of us. Close enough to the activities in town that we could walk, but far enough away that it was quiet and relaxing. Really neat setting up on the hill above town. Chris and Amy were great hosts!

Wonderful stay, clean rooms at beautiful location

The home is impeccably decorated and clean. It is like staying at home. We could not have been happier. Communication for even the trivialist of matters was promptly and perfect addressed. We made reservations next year without hesitating. Thanks so much Amy and Chris!

Amazing

Visiting from Texas, and unable to stay at our family Crystal lake home this year, this property was the perfect substitute! Everything was just as described and all in great condition and a perfect location! The hot tub and and fire pit made for memorable evenings at home when we weren't going out to Point Bestie lighthouse or Frankfort restaurants. Easy trips to Crystal lake beaches and other nearby attractions made for a very satisfying vacation! Amy and Chris were very accommodating hosts and this was overall a great stay!

A Nice Stay!

Amy and Chris were very friendly, and their goldendoodle Abby is adorable! The rental is located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. It's nicely decorated, and well stocked with games, brochures of local attractions, and has HBO. The one drawback is the mattress on the queen bed... It is very uncomfortable, and really should be replaced. Aside from that, we give a 9 out of 10.
