Pools-Boat Slip Rental at Indian Point Marina-Table Rock Lake-Silver Dollar City

NEW! Our just remodeled Timber Point Lodge is close to the shores of Table Rock Lake along the popular and highly desired area of Indian Point! Timber Point Lodge is a four-bedroom, four full bathroom private lodge allowing up to 16 guests.
(we allow up to max of 16 guests but provide sleeping for 12–You will be responsible for others sleeping arrangements and linens)

Your adventure awaits—you are just minutes to Silver Dollar City, several restaurants, zip lining and more. Or bring your kayak—for you are just a few minutes to Table Rock Lake and the Indian Point Marina. If needing a boat slip or boat rental during your stay, please call Indian Point Marina for they are less then a 1/4 mile away!

Two large king bedrooms with private bathrooms on main, walk-in, level and two double queen bedrooms with private bathrooms upstairs on second level. For this is a two story lodge/home which provides room for the whole family. Upstairs, you will enjoy an extra sitting, escape area for the kids with Smart TV/Lounge Area with a foosball table. Off the upstairs you have access to the upper deck that overlooks the outdoor pool and hot tub below. Your lodge is the closest lodge to one of the two outdoor pools. You are literally just steps away. Your group will enjoy a spacious, open living room area, dining area along with a full kitchen. Your family will have plenty of room to spread out for movie night or step outside and enjoy the patio. Grab some steaks to throw on the grill(charcoal) while you watch your kids play at the pool.

A full size in unit washer and dryer will help out on those lake days.

Have family with an RV, well we are just across the street from the Indian Point Campground. This is a beautiful camping/RV park is perfect for the extended family. Or enjoy yourself for it has wonderful picnic pavilions with BBQ grills along with a roped off swimming area and playground. This park is fully paved with plenty of shade trees.

Timber Point Lodge has all the benefits of a resort lifestyle. You have complete access to all of the resort amenities which include; 2 outdoor seasonal pools, hot tub, and outdoor charcoal grills. But best of all is having Table Rock Lake access just 2 minutes away! Ample blacktop parking at lodge, to enter lodge you actually walk along side(gravel-about 50ft)and level entry at rear of home.

Location to SDC, and the strip. How perfect the rental was with bathrooms and tv’s in each room. Also, how quiet the location was. Our host Laura was very easy to work with. Would definitely rent from her again.

Our overall stay here was great! Very clean, great location. Close to the marina and loved having the parking for the boat and trailer. Loved that the pool was right out of the house too. So convenient for us with the kiddos. The only downer we had with this was the neighbors next to us having their dog swimming in the pool and then it having dog hair all over in the water. We were done swimming after that and found another pool. Another suggestion would be at least two parking spots marked per house there. The same house had four or five cars and were always parked in front of ours and we were having to walk to get to our place even when unloading and loading for the duration of our stay. Aside from that We would for sure stay here again though.

This was the perfect place for 2 families to spend the weekend! The location was great and the condo was clean. One suggestion for the interior of the Condo would be to add hooks on the back of the bathroom doors to provide a place to hang bath towels. The only part that was disappointing was the cleanliness of the pool. Our kids were very excited to swim, but we were skeptical. The chemicals didn’t appear to be balanced. The water was murky. We attempted the second pool, but it was very busy. Overall, it was exactly what we needed for 4 adults and 4 teenagers to have a weekend to hang out in Branson. We would stay here again.

Great Stay for Tablerock Lake and Silver Dollar City

Perfect location for this group of four families where each had their own room and bathroom facilities. Right next to Tablerock Lake for boating and super close to Silver Dollar City. Check-in was easy and everything appeared as depicted in the photos. Host replied promptly on any inquiries.Patio furniture needs an update and pool is quite small. Decent amount of kitchen utensils that allowed us to make quick meals. Would absolutely stay here again.

Family weekend

Loved being so close to the water and Marina, we could walk to both. Enjoyed 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, room for kids to play upstairs, and large living area downstairs. At first I was worried about the size of the pool and all the close neighbors, but it was very quiet and we were the only ones in the pool the evening we wanted to use it. We a had a great weekend.

Nice property - rocky entrance to unit

Very clean and updated. The only issue is that to access the unit from parking lot, you need to walk (or in our case roll a wheelchair and use a walker) over a pebble-stoned area approx. 100 - 150 (?) Feet in length. We found this difficult for one of our family members and detracted from the accessibility once inside the unit, bedroom, bathroom and walk in shower on first floor. Nice overall.

Great property and service.

5 scuba divers/instructors stayed here for the wkend and all of us loved it. Plenty of parking even with the boat, place is clean and well stocked with everything you could need while away from home. Pool is steps away. Jake’s point, marina and scuba shop is within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Family Get together

This is a very nice place. Four bedrooms and each has it's own bathroom. Nice open area for the whole family to get together also. Close to the attractions at Branson. Highly recommend this place to stay.

Wonderful vacation spot

Plenty of parking if bringing your own boat on trailer. Literally 2 minute drive from property to public boat ramp at Indian Point Marina. Lots of wildlife....we saw a few deer nearby and plenty of waterfowl. Property was clean and had everything we needed to make our own meals. Really enjoyable experience. No lake view from property but it's within walking distance and the Indian Point Marina has a breakfast cafe on the water again 2 minute drive.

Great Stay!

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect! We were worried about parking with our large group but we had absolutely no problems at all! It was easy access to the lake, as well as a short drive to fun activities in town! Will book again!

Family Werkend Getaway

Overall we had a great experience. Check in was easy, location was easy to get to. Of course after a long trip the kids want to run around barefoot and not long after we arrived they had black feet from the floors. So I was disappointed in that especially with a baby crawling around. Would have been nice if the pools were working and clean also. But overall we had a good trip and would come again. Condo has the bare necessities which was nice also for the few things we forgot.

general maintenance needed

Overall it was okay, the beds were really comfy, check in was easy, the location was great. A few issues were the dishwasher was not attached to anything so every time it was opened, the bottom dish rack came flying out making the dishes clatter. It was not safe. Also, the bathtub in the King room on the main floor was so slow draining it took 30 minutes to drain the water after I bathed my 3 year old with a few inches of water. The bathtub filled with every shower and left a ring around the tub every time. Very gross. The pool was green and not usable while there. It had to be shocked and was taken care of but we still weren't able to use it--not the fault of the house by any means but still a bummer. We have stayed here many times before when it was owned by Tribesman so the maintenance issues were disappointing. We did enjoy the upgraded furnishings however.

Great stay!

This rental works wonderfully for family to meet from different areas. Each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom. We found the rental to be very clean. When we first arrived and sat on the beds, we were concerned they were going to be too hard. But we all found the beds to be very comfortable to sleep in. The mattresses conform to your body.

Great vacation

The house is beautiful and rooms are spacious. Laura the property manager was very helpful, and attended to our needs immediately. We had lots of fun memories with cousins in Branson, and this house made it easy for us to gather together.

Indian Point is a bountiful area full of natural beauty of Table Rock Lake. So many unique qualities from dining, boating, kayaking and of course-Silver Dollar City. We have it all on this peninsula that many don't need to go anywhere else during their stay. But we are just 7 miles to the famous Branson Strip/Shows/Shopping and so much more when you decided to venture out.

Being so close to the lake and having boat/water craft parking is a must--and we have it. Along with boat slip rental--just inquire for more info. Resort amenities with pools, hot tub, BBQ grills and being able to walk to the lake to take a dip or take out your kayak.
