La unidad L304 ofrece una cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora / secadora y acceso inalámbrico a Internet de alta velocidad. El dormitorio principal ofrece una cama King, TV y baño privado, mientras que el dormitorio de invitados cuenta con dos camas individuales. Otro baño completo se encuentra justo afuera de la habitación de invitados. Las amplias salas de estar y comedor de planta abierta tienen vistas abiertas al Golfo y ofrecen TV y reproductor de DVD. Amazing view!

Excellent location within the Sundial, right between main clubhouse pool and more quiet side-pool, and I’d bet the best view of the ocean and beach! Also, private, covered parking and convenient Resort grocery store right next door, along with all the restaurants and Tiki bar! I’d definitely want to stay in the unit again!

Absolutely perfect location

The property was great! Great beach, great pool, great restaurants nearby. The condo was nice but it was lacking some lightbulbs, a hair dryer, and some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. Other than that, everything was perfect! We ate at Island Cow, Sand Bar, and Timbers and they were all good. Jerry’s grocer is close and Love Boat ice cream is wonderful. We will use this place again for its perfect location!

Sundial L 304

The property was beautiful! Location great, although electric outlets, fan in the bathroom kept blowing and had to be reset. I would have liked more communication on the property, as the referenced things like (outside trash cans to use, but no idea where those are, and can’t use resort amenities, but no direction on what that meant.). Property and experience was amazing overall. !

Enjoyed our stay

Really enjoyed this property. Sleeping at night was a little hard as the bedrooms were warm as AC did not pump out cool air in the bedroom. And the main bedroom door would not close. But the reason we chose this property was the view and that did not disappoint. The balcony is absolutely incredible! Very roomy! I probably spent 4-5 hours a day on the balcony. I was either reading, listening to music or napping (which I never do, but it was just so peaceful. We loved our stay and would love staying in the same unit again.

First off, the condo, view, and beach access were amazing and are as shown in pictures.What was disappointing was the lack of transparency in the description. It was clear we did not have access to the pool located within our section of the condo, however, the verbiage in the description makes it sound like you have access to the MAIN pool, you do NOT. Also, the description says you have access to many amenities at Sundial and to check their website for what is included. This is extremely misleading. If you check the Sundial website for amenities, it looks great! BUT, you have to go to the “faq’s” section of the website to the find you in fact don’t had access to basically any of the amenities. This was extremely disappointing to find out day 1 of our trip.Everyone on the property was extremely kind and helpful. The actual verbiage from someone working on the property when inquiring about amenities was “sounds like they pulled a bait and switch on you” and I couldn’t agree more. While we made the best of the trip, I would caution anyone interested in this property and what Sundial has to offer, to call or confirm what amenities are actually available to you. Lastly, there was construction right under our balcony the first half of the week. It is listed on the description, pool is closed, doesn’t disclose massive amounts of brick cutting starting at 8am and dust that goes along with that, which will go on all day until about 3 pm and ruin the sound of the beach.

Perfect location - except for the barking dog

Sun Dial is the perfect location on Sanibel Island. Beautiful accommodations and right on the beach. my only issue is that owners are permitted to have dogs with them. The dog below us barked for 3 hours solid while its owners were gone each afternoon of our stay. We had a baby with us who tried to nap during this same time. There was nothing I could do about it, nor could Royal Shell. If I stay there in the future I will ask if there are dogs near the unit I rent.

Beautiful condo

This condo is well kept & looks exactly like the pictures. The large lanai is awesome. The only suggestion is to replace the beach chairs & umbrellas. Almost all were broken. We had a lovely stay & would highly recommend!

One of the best

Superior location, extremely clean property, large spacious layout, and great design. We’ve spent a lot of time in Sanibel and this is one of the top properties we’ve been to.

Sanibel - Oceanfront

Very beautiful complex. Inside of condo needs some updates. The longer we were there, the more electrical outlets quit working. We never took the time to search for the fuse box. Too busy having fun!!

Perfect family vacation

We loved staying at this property. Very clean, beautiful views, and spacious living area. Sanibel Island is great with so many wonderful places to eat. Hope to return in the future.

Spectacular right on Gulf

You cannot possibly get a better rental at Sundial or anywhere on Sanibel. The wrap-around porch directly overlooking the gulf is amazing and you can hear the waves from the living room, master bedroom and den. This 3rd floor condo overlooks the Gulf as well as the building’s pool. The den can be closed off for privacy. The listing is accurate and everything seems in perfect shape - what you see in the pictures is what you get. Royal Shell is a great rental agency and you can be assured everything will be taken care of. Everything is clean and looks new. The decor is great and I would highly recommend this property for Sanibel rental. The pool is right next to the condo, there are beach chairs and toys in the condo’s storage room at ground level, there’s a great tiki bar within 100 yards and the Sundial resort is now completely refurbished with a nice restaurant upstairs. The resort’s pool is not included in the rental, but you can pay extra for that. I see no reason to spend the extra money though, because you have your own pool right next to the condo. There are many fantastic restaurants on Sanibel, but our favorite by far is Traders, although it’s a little pricey. Over Easy for breakfast, Doc Ford’s if you like boats, Lazy Flamingo for oysters and burgers, Sanibel Grill (next to Timbers) for a great bar, Timbers + Doc Ford’s for everything. Do not miss ice cream at Pinocchio’s. Must-do’s include a trip to Captiva for Sunset at The Mucky Duck bar. The Bubble Room is overpriced but definitely worth a visit - walk through to explore all the nooks and crannies! Shop for groceries in Ft. Myers on your way to the condo, then replenish and buy fresh stuff on the island from Bailey’s or Jerry’s.You cannot possibly get a better rental at Sundial or anywhere on Sanibel.
