Pointe Santo E22 se encuentra en uno de los destinos de alquiler de vacaciones más populares de Sanibel y está convenientemente ubicado en West Gulf Drive, cerca de muchas playas locales, tiendas y restaurantes, todo a una corta distancia a pie o en bicicleta. Este amplio 2 dormitorios, 2 unidad de baño está situado en la 2ª planta y ofrece vistas del golfo fenomenales y puestas de sol todos los días de su propio patio terraza seleccionados personal! El condominio consta de una cocina abierta, salón, comedor y planta grande para amigos y reuniones familiares al tiempo que los recuerdos de unas vacaciones para recordar. Completa la remodelación y remodelación de los dos baños recién terminados en octubre de 2016, junto con muchas otras mejoras recientes de la unidad, que incluyen un nuevo conjunto de muebles para la sala de estar, un nuevo colchón king size, alfombras nuevas en todas partes, pintura fresca y una nueva lavadora y secadora !

Very Nice Condo in Pointe Sando

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As most properties are on Sanibel this unit was recently renovated. Very nice and clean with a beautiful view of the property and beach. Had a problem entering upon arrival because the numbers on the lock keypad are not visible. Called the Sanibel Vacations office after hours and the owner (Charlie) answered and patiently walked me through entering the code. Apparently the Pointe Santo management have been told that the door locks are a problem and need replaced. Suggest giving new renters instructions on how to enter the code with the numbers not being visible. A couple days later a power surge blew out the control board on the fridge. Charlie was very responsive, bringing a large cooler with ice and a mini fridge they purchased just to get us by until the condo fridge was repaired. The issues we had were not the fault of Sanibel Vacations but they were very responsive in helping us.

We had asked them to be sure there were 4 good beach chairs for us to use. When one of them broke they were very quick to bring a new one. They also provided a good quality pack n play for our one year old granddaughter. There were plenty of towels and having laundry in our unit was a big plus for us. The unit was very comfortable and clean. The grounds and beach area of Pointe Santo are very good. I think my only suggestion would be some minor maintenance upkeep in the unit itself. Overall we were very satisfied. We’ve stayed here before and won’t hesitate to return at some point in the future. 😊

just what we needed

This vacation was just what we needed to get away to disconnect from reality. When we arrived to check in at the office, we were waiting for our room to be ready. The people in the office were very accommodating and helpful to keep our luggage until our unit was ready. Once the room was ready, the view and location of this unit is spectacular. Looking from the Launi, you can hear the waves, smell the gulf water, and all of your worries just fade away. Perfectly accommodated 6 adults, had everything we needed for a full week stay. We rented a golf cart to get around for the week, and it was so much fun, and we lucked out with the weather, and it didn't rain. The location is close to the grocery, shops, restaurants, and beaches. The shelling was also a perfect location. We collected all different types of shells and also were able to see live sea creatures, from starfish, sand dollars, dolphins, pelicans, sea urchins, baby sea turtles. This vacation will be in the memory banks forever.

Sanibel Heaven!

Our family of 4 just stayed at this property. Wonderful location, amazing easy beach access, daily dolphin sightings and a group of manatees even swam by on our last day! We had such a wonderful trip and this property had everything we needed for a much needed getaway!

Relaxing Oasis!

We had a wonderful week! Biggest decision each day was beach or pool! Crafts on-site for kids. Everything was clean and well kept.

Reviewer Comments: good. nothing significant but not perfect due to small annoyances. 1) pool suffered from too days of too many kids and their pool toys (possibly from visitors of a condo occupant). 2) lack of visitor parking. 3) hauling trash/recycling on foot from one end of site to the other. all 3 come down to too little space on the "campus".

Great location, substandard condo

We love Pointe Santo, and we have been choosing to stay there for over 30 years. However, this property was not as well cared for as the many others in which we have stayed. It is nicked up and shopworn. It badly needs paint and new carpet throughout. Needs new dining room, lanai and living room furniture. Sliders are caroded on the outside. Kitchen window doesn't open. Not worth the money unless it gets a makover.

The view from this condo is excellent. The condo was last updated in 2016, and is therefore showing some wear. Nevertheless, our group of four found the unit comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Location in Sanibel

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Pointe Santo e-22 very much. My only other experience on Sanibel was over 30 years ago when I stayed at Blind Pass Condos. Staying right on the beach, and so close to many things in Sanibel proved to be a real treat. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Dated and Dirty Unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We would never stay in this unit again. The unit was dirty and dated. The carpet was filthy. The couch’s are shabby. The master bedroom furniture is worn and the bedspread should be thrown out.There is no door separating the master bedroom and bathroom. The patio was dirty and the patio furniture needs to be replaced. The only positive thing about the unit is the location. Not worth the money.

Pointe Santo vaca

Positives: This condo complex was very nice, beautiful views and beach. Great location with restaurants and a grocery just up the road. The condo had chairs and beach gear if needed as well, and lots of towels. There are even loungers by the beach. The condo itself had new cabinets, counters, sinks, and appliances. You can tell the owners had done some remodeling in the kitchen and baths. Negatives: My biggest issue was cleanliness. The carpet was very dirty. I wore shoes inside all week. The couch was completely broken down and the walls were dirty too. Something had been spilled and left all over the bathroom countertop and the patio furniture looked like it had never been wiped down. I was not happy with the cleaning of the unit (to be fair I did not contact the management company about these problems). Oh, and for anyone with mobility issues the step up into the master shower is pretty high. Location and complex was great, but the unit needed some work on the carpets and general upkeep.

Love Pointe Santo!

Great stay at unit E22! Beautiful grounds with lagoon, pool, and beach view from lanai. Condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed including beach chairs, floats, umbrella, pails, beach towels. Property manager was responsive and friendly! We will return!
