Inner City Fireside Retreat
Perfectly located just outside of downtown, Killarney has a quiet neighbourhood vibe, while being a stone’s throw from the buzz of downtown, 17th Ave + Marda Loop. Walkable to coffee, shops, restaurants, and all the popular group fitness options. If you’re more of a driver, there’s lots of free street parking available.
This 3 level home has been designed with comfort and relaxed living in mind. With both indoor and outdoor fireplaces, there is someplace to cozy up with a book all year round!
The space
MAIN
- sunken living room features garden doors to the front courtyard, an open-front gas fireplace, comfortable seating, sonos sound system, record player, 64” smart TV + a variety of games
- fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove + oven, hidden dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and everything you need to prepare + serve a meal....minus the groceries! (coffee, tea, sugar, s&p and other essentials provided)
- dining room comfortably seats 6 with dimmable lighting
- powder room + laundry room; front loading washer + dryer with steam feature (iron + board, steam iron. laundry supplies provided for your stay)
UPPER
- bedroom A with queen size bed, closet + dresser, blackout curtains + dimmable lighting
- 4 piece bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap + linens provided)
- designated private work space with west facing balcony (printer + office supplies provided)
LOWER
- bedroom B with double bed, seating area, record player + projector tv
- 3 piece bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap + linens provided)
OUTDOOR
- front courtyard, southwest facing with seating for 4
- southeast facing patio with outdoor dining for 6
- lounge area with wood burning fireplace, dimmable patio string lights (one bundle of wood provided for your stay, more available for purchase)
- upper balcony, west facing - off designated work space
