We were in town for a conference and the host graciously allowed us to check-in early so we could unload before being in meetings all day. The house was clean, cozy, and well-stocked with coffee, blankets, and pillows! The neighborhood was quiet and I felt completely safe staying here.

This was my first time using VRBO to book a home. I was coming into town for work and usually use hotels but decided to try out VRBO for the convenience of being able to cook for myself and clean clothes. Mrs. Lynn made this stay wonderful, starting from the time I called her to extending my stay a week. I will definitely be using this service again.

Great Location

This property was the perfect location for my husband and I, as we had to travel to Stillwater for a concert. The home is beautiful and very clean. It had ample space and was extremely comfortable.

Our go to home to rent in Ponca!

We have rented this VRBO a few times now and everytime it is an absolutely phenomenal experience! Its like coming home. Hosts are very responsive and sweet. Highly recommend this home!

Great family time!

This property was fantastic! It is in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. There were a few wild life visitors a few nights which was fun. The openness of the home was good for our gathering family.

Cute, spacious and clean

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in Ponca City. Our first impression was how clean it smelled (and looked). We had everything we needed and clear instructions. Super soft towels and great water pressure. Plenty of room for four adults. Great back patio we didn’t get to enjoy. The neighborhood was super nice, and we were close to dining and grocery.

Clean , Cozy Home

This was our second time staying in this home. Both experiences were fantastic. The hosts are amazing! Responsive and easy to work with. The house is clean, welcoming, in a quiet neighborhood and centrally located to all necessities. Would defienetly recommend staying here !

Home away from home

My brothers & I visited our family who live in Ponca City The two grand neice & nephew stayed on the final night. We had the most relaxing, quiet time enjoying coffee on the back porch, reading, sharing meals together. It was a great get away for our family. We love Ponca City & the historical sights. The home was very spacious, clean. Check out process was easy. Although we didnt meet the Goodales the warm vibe in the house is a reflection of really nice people. Thank you--The McHenrys

Very Clean!

Property was very clean and tidy- drawers available for clothes, extra towels easy to find, space to put suitcases away. Overall a great house to stay in with the kids and close to our main person we visited. House being pet-proofed was great if you have a pet with you ( we didn't at this junction) , but the covers on the sofa weren't secured so the pet proofing covers made the pet blankets slide off. We had to remove the pet proofing in order to use the sofa in the main living room.

We are 40 year residents of Ponca City. We were both raised in small Oklahoma towns before moving to Ponca City in 1981. Mike grew up in Lamont, OK and I grew up in Erick, OK. We love Ponca City! We are brand new to being a Vrbo host and are excited about learning the process.

We bought this house in early 2022 as a rental home for our daughter and 2 granddaughters. They live in Cuernavaca, Mexico with her husband. They moved to Ponca in early 2021 because of difficulties in Mexico during the pandemic (primarily due to school closures). They lived in our home for almost a year as they looked for the perfect home of their own. This house on Dalewood was the perfect location (quiet, safe neighborhood in the desired school district). We did considerable renovations during 2022 and love how it turned out. We love the neighborhood and the friendly neighbors.

Our home is very comfortable and has a beautiful yard. Wildlife such as Deer & Turkey can often be seen walking around the neighborhood.
