Fully remodeled home with a mid-century vibe. Relax on the back patio with a gas fire pit and grill. Fully stocked kitchen allows any cook to feel at home. Most restaurants and shopping are 1 mile from the house-Chilis, Rib Crib, Sushi, Walmart, Aldi, Hobby Lobby etc. Just a 10 minute drive to downtown historic Ponca City where there are several locally owned amazing bars, restaurants and shopping. Kaw Lake is just 15 miles from this house-hunting, fishing, boating, camping, and free hiking trails. Ponca City has one of the largest mansions that can be toured or used as a venue called the E. W. Marland Mansion-it is an iconic landmark in the area and is an absolute must see.

Our stay was enjoyable and fun. We had multiple generations with us and everyone enjoyed our time. The house has open spaces, was beautifully decorated, and well maintained inside and out. We will hopefully get to repeat staying in this house in our future.

7 of us had a marvelous stay! Being able to gather as a "family" to watch TV and unwind each day after enjoying the Ponca Dances at White Eagle was perfect. Cannot think of anything we would change. Hope to come back.

This is such a cute home! We loved all that it had to offer. Enjoyed our coffee on the back patio in the mornings to relaxing on the couch in the evenings. It was very spacious and so cozy. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Ponca City.

Great place to stay

Very nice house, very roomy, well furnished, great location. We were traveling over 1,100 miles from home and felt right at home. Kelsey is a great host! We will definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed at other places and this by far was the best!! Great location close to stores/food. Really quiet neighborhood. What you see is exactly what you get. Host is very attentive and fast to respond. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful House

My husband and I, plus our 2 daughter and son-in-law were in town for a Family Reunion. The house is lovely and so comfortable. Everything that you could need and more. Plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Location was perfect, central to everything! Kelsey is a wonderful host!!!

Funky, Fun & Fantastic

My husband, two sons (13 & 10) and parents stayed at this beautiful home! I loved the decor- funky and fun! My boys loved the darts and foosball table! The showers were awesome, the couch was so cozy, the beds were amazing and the location in Ponca City was perfect! The owner is a great communicator and easy to work with! We had a fantastic stay in this fun and funky home!

Clean, Unique, Spacious

Good property and stay for me and my family to attend a memorial. The host put effort into the place and it shows. Would suggest a little kid proofing; small TV stand for big TV and loose mirrors. But other than that, it was great.

Great location and nice place

Easy to find and the house was very accommodating. Had enough room for all of us to have our own bedrooms. Host was very easy to communicate with. Only wish there was a way to have regular local tv channels. But overall it was a nice area and comfortable place to stay. Wish there was a garage door opener that we could have used when leaving the property but we made it work. The VRBO site listed a hot tub but there was no hot tub My elderly Mother didn’t like the dear head in the living room but other than that we enjoyed our stay. It was very clean!!!!
