Stunning property!

Beautifully furnished home, modern clean decor. Well equipped with kitchen and bathroom items, all small appliances, excellent variety of kcups. Perfect location close to I-45. Short drive to multiple restaurants, shopping areas. Beautiful, safe neighborhood. 5stars!

Stunning Property Near Everything

This is the most beautiful property we’ve stayed in EV-ER! Bright decor, spotless, and thoughtful details like water in the fridge, snacks and coffee. I highly recommend this listing. We were minutes from the Woodlands Mall and Market Street, restaurants and grocery store. We will be back.

Beautiful Property

Our stay was perfect! The property was beautiful and clean. Location was wonderful and on a golf course with great walking trails. It was close to numerous great restaurants and shopping. Communication from the host was wonderful. Can't wait to come back to the Woodlands and stay at this beautiful property again.

Great Stay!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here! We were in town for the Woodlands IronMan race. The location was very central and right off of the run course. This property met all of our needs- it was very clean with everything we needed. Julie was very sweet and provided great communication.

Wedding trip

Brought my daughters to town for a my cousin’s wedding and had a great visit here. House was perfect for us. My aunt, who has lived in Houston area, kept this address for her to use in future.

Best VRBO we haver ever visited!

From the moment you open the door you can tell the owners of this property care and want to provide an excellent experience for their guests. Selfishly, I hesitate to say how fantastic our stay was because there will be less availability for us. To be fair though, if you are visiting the Woodlands this is the place you MUST stay!

College Reunion

Five college girlfriends get together each year. We want a clean house, single level, safe location, comfortable beds and comfortable seating to accommodate 5 in the living room and dining room. This house was perfect in all areas and beautifully decorated! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home

We were coming to Houston to find a house as we will be moving in a couple months. This home was perfect for our stay! After hours of looking at houses, it was the perfect space for my family to unwind. Absolutely beautiful home, and the cleanest I’ve ever walked into. Julie was available for anything we needed, and answered all questions asked. The neighborhood is close to anything you could possible need! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Wedding weekend

My fiance and I got married this past Palm Sunday at a venue near the home. We live inside the loop in Houston and decided to book a vrbo property near the wedding venue so we could be close to our family and friends and not have to drive back and forth that weekend as well as to have a place to have some peace and quiet before the wedding away from everyone. The property was perfect its on a quiet cul-de-sac. The home itself was very clean and tidy as well as furnished light, airy, and calming. Split plan floorplan was nice as well with 4 adults in the house. Juile and her husband were a joy very responsive to any questions or requests we had. Overall, if we need to stay in Woodlands area again this property would be our first choice.

Amazing house in a great location!

Let me start with the house itself. The house was so nice, well decorated, big rooms, nice appliances. It is just as the pictures show. The beds were very comfortable. Everything felt very high-end. Now for the location. It’s at the end of a cul-de-sac with lots of trees so it felt very private. The neighborhood is very nice and we felt very safe the whole time. It’s close to parks, shopping, restaurants, and the highway. We had small children with us and the house was great for them. The garage is carpeted and with nice weather it was a nice place for the kids to play. The backyard also provided places to “explore” for the kids. The property manager was great! We requested an early check-in and they bent over backwards to make that happen. It was a very cool house and we’ll stay again if we are back in the area.

Feels Like Home

This was our entry into longer term vacationing. We have family in The Woodlands and have stayed with them for a week at a time so we know the area pretty well. But one week is never long enough, so we decided to stay for three. We wanted to be close to them and close to the shops and Julie's home was perfect. She provided all the needed comforts. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, crockpot, kettle, coffee maker (drip and Keurig), newer appliances, baking sheets, etc. We enjoyed sitting at the kitchen table while eating breakfast and watching the neighborhood cat walk along the brick wall. :) The home is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. On the back side of the house, behind the wooden fence and beyond the trees, is a street. We heard traffic noise but it didn't bother us. The master bedroom suite is a retreat. The room is large and the king bed is very comfortable. The spa-like bathroom is spacious and the vanity has plenty of storage space for toiletries. The walk-in closet is located in the bathroom where you find plenty of hangers as well as a dresser. We didn't have need for the other two bedrooms. But I liked that one was on the other end of the house, providing privacy for when we come back with friends/family. Because we definitely plan to come back!

It's just a few minutes from many of the best things our community has to offer including shopping, restaurants, and recreation. Additionally we are near the I-45 corridor with close access to area hospitals and corporate headquarters.

The property was completely renovated in 2023. Guests have commented that it's like staying inside of a design magazine! We try to make sure each stay is completely perfect for our guests with the help of our top notch professional cleaning and prep crew. Our goal is to differentiate this property from standard short-term rentals and give our guests the feeling of staying in an luxury home while still benefiting from the feel of a quiet neighborhood, close to all of our community's best amenities.
