Make a home away from home. Beautiful and big 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms house has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Only a 35 minute drive from Fort Myers Airport.
Are you active, do you like to have fun with family and friends?? Great house location gives you it all… Short drive to beautiful Fort Myers Palm Beach and other beaches near by …also a few minutes away you will find amusement parks, water parks, mini golf and golf courses, bowling, trails and nature parks, museum's, local restaurants and shopping centers. In just 10 to 15 minute drive you can rent a boat, jet ski or kayak and be a part of amazing and beautiful Florida wildlife.
The Space:
Master king bed bedroom with 55" smart TV and private bathroom with double sink, big shower and bathtub. The bedroom has big sliding doors that lead to the pool.
Queen bed bedroom with 55" smart TV and its own big bathroom which has an exit to the outside to the swimming pool.
Twin bedroom with two beds it's perfect for your kids or extra guests. The bathroom is right outside the room.
The fourth bedroom you can use as a bedroom and/or the office. It has a queen futon bed and a desk, big enough for work or study.
Kitchen has everything you will need. Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, blender and air fryer. Multiple dinning space to enjoy your meals.
Relax on the comfortable sofas while watching your favorite shows on the smart 70" TV
Outdoor living…fenced backyard, screened and heated, salt water pool with plenty sunny and shady areas, ceiling fans. Hot tub, Smart TV, lounge chairs, hammocks and dining table to enjoy your coffee or meals. BBQ grill and nice little kitchenette with countertop and sink.

I live in New Jersey. I love the sun and active rest. I fell in love with Cape Coral 7 years ago when I went there for a first time. Since then me and my family always go there on vacation. I love to exercise, walk with my dogs and go crazy with my daughter in the pool.

Great location. Close to the gyms, parks beaches and other family attractions. The neighborhood is just perfect for everyone. Clean and quiet, kids and pet friendly. Morning walk, bike ride no problem... streets are safe and the people are very nice.

The house is fully furnished and the backyard is fenced. I put a lot of time and work to make sure that my house has everything that everyone might need.
