This newly built custom home is positioned directly on the bay and is available for your family and friends to enjoy. With 5 bedrooms, (3 are primary suites) it sleeps 15 comfortably. This ultra custom home offers gorgeous sunset views of the bay from two back balconies, a spacious patio/outdoor living area, as well as a private pool and heated spa! (Spa will be heated using timer at the guest's convenience). Make sure to take advantage of the outdoor kitchen while catching the latest game on tv or catching up with family and friends. This vacation home caters to families with all ages as it includes a pack n play, table top high chair, as well as indoor and outdoor games and toys. *This vacation rental is equipped with ring doorbell and cameras for your security and protection.

Ground floor: Private shower, outdoor dining table, private pool & hot tub overlooking the bay. Elevator from ground floor to first floor available for guest use. First floor: 2 primary suites (king beds) with ensuite bathrooms, chef’s kitchen with Thermador appliances, laundry room and living room with gas fireplace. The first-floor deck is equipped with outdoor kitchen and large seating area to take in the views.
Second floor: 1 primary suite with a king bed and a set of full over full bunk beds and ensuite bathroom. 2nd bedroom offers a king bed and third bedroom offers 2 sets of full over full beds share while sharing a large bathroom. There is a bonus game/movie room.

RESORT AMENITIES & FEE:
Pointe West Beach Club, open year-round, is a privately owned/separate entity, offering resort style amenities for guest enjoyment.The optional fee is $25 per person (ages 4 & up), per stay (not per day) should you wish to enjoy these amenities. The fee includes use of the Beach Club pool, the seasonally heated Bayside/lazy river pool, hot tubs, a basketball & pickle ball court. Per Beach Club regulations, a maximum of 3 guests per bedroom is allowed for purchase.

The Pointe Restaurant is now open seasonally for lunch and dinner.

The Beach Club will directly email you an invoice for payment, should your party wish to purchase and enjoy the resort amenities. Once paid, you will pick up your amenity wristbands at the Beach Club Office, open daily from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Please note their fees are non-refundable, we suggest waiting to closer to arrival for purchase. **It is important to note that we manage the rental of your vacation home only. We are not in charge of the community grounds and Beach Club amenities to include the restaurant,pools, beach, or elevators.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
*Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00 a.m.
*Please note that this home is accessible by stairs and elevator to the first floor only. Stairs are required to the upper floors. In the event that the elevator is out of service, stairs will be required. There are no refunds or alternatives for access to your vacation rental.
*This home is equipped with a Ring doorbell and 2 security cameras, one in front by garage other in back of the house.
*Age Requirement is 26+ *No Prom, Graduation or High School groups are permitted even with chaperones!
*Pet Policy: Sorry, No pets allowed.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
*31 or More Days Prior To Your Date of Arrival: A full refund will be issued less a $100.00 administrative fee & the Travel Insurance premium, if purchased.
*Cancellations 30 Days or less: No refunds or transfer of dates.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:
Is OFFERED for purchase when you secure your vacation reservation. Travel Insurance is coverage that can help protect you from losses from unexpected events that may occur. The hurricane season is June-November. Please review our Storm & Cancellation Policies carefully!
