From the moment you arrive, the home’s charm is impossible to miss. The expansive wraparound deck is full of personality and designed to be enjoyed rain or shine. With plenty of shade, two picnic tables, fun deck decor, and a convenient water hose at the top of the stairs for sandy feet and beach gear, this space is perfect for relaxing, grilling, and making memories all day long.

Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.
In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.
Today, Beach Resort Services is run by a dedicated team of three—Denise, Drew, and Hope—who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service, trustworthy management, and a personal touch to every guest and homeowner we serve.
