Very nice and warming house inside and out. Back yard was very nice and had plenty of privacy. Like how we were in a secluded area away from busy roads.

Great Stay for a Large Group

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Iowa. We were there for a sporting event for one of my kids. We had family stay as well. The home was well stocked, had ample space, an in-home office and laundry. We LOVED the backyard and patio, although it was 100 degrees, so we mostly enjoyed the a/c! Great stay, we would definitely stay again!

Perfect for our family celebration of a college graduate!

We enjoyed our stay! The airport is 10-15 minutes away, super convenient! The house is close to Walmart and Hyvee. It was an easy drive to our daughter's graduation in Pella and big enough for extended family to celebrate the occasion!

Cute roomy cottage close to downtown Des Moines

Very cute cottage with plenty of bedrooms and space to spread out. Roomy finished basement. Could easily hold two families without stepping on each other. In a quiet albeit older neighborhood within a short drive of downtown Des Moines.

We came to Des Moines to put on a baby shower. This house was perfect for our family!! Our host communicated with us before, during and after our stay. The house was exactly as described. So many extra touches throughout the entire house. We highly recommend!

Family Christmas

Central location for our family. The house was very clean, and everything we could possibly need was present. Our hostess was so very accommodating. We will be staying again. If you have small children, you will love this place.

Thanksgiving in Iowa

We were meeting with extended family for Thanksgiving and need a place for 9 people (3 generations) to stay -- and this one delivered! The house was clean and beautifully furnished. The host was friendly and responded quickly to my questions. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed for meals and included the fixings for coffee and tea. Best of all, with five bedrooms, all 9 of us (3 generations) could stay in one place. The laundry facilities were a bonus! The location made it easy to get to restaurants, museums, coffee, parks and downtown, but also allowed us a space to play cards and visit.

Wedding weekend with family

This house was great for our family when we stayed in Des Moines for a wedding. Great location for getting to the venue and rehearsal dinner restaurant. Plenty of room for the 8 adults and 3 children in our group to spread out. The home has plenty of amenities and great extras for traveling with littles.

Easter Lake

Great location for our events. Easy to find. Exceptionally clean. Very children friendly, but can also be great place for adults only. Immediate response from owner when needed. Full 5 private bedrooms. Kitchen labeled, so easy to find everything. Had a child stub toe -- had first aide kit with bandaides! Highly recommend!

Family weekend

The house was very neat and clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with kitchen and dishware; even kids dishware. The children enjoyed the play areas downstairs and in the back yard. We used three upstairs bedrooms and one downstairs bedroom and had a very comfortable stay. I would recommend this property as very family friendly.

Wonderful property and host!

Exceptionally clean and a lot of house! We had a total of 11 people and didnt feel like we were on top of each other at all. Our host was outstanding and very responsive! Absolutely will book again if we ever visit Des Moines again!

Excellent Choice

This property was everything that was stated in the reviews and more. We stayed with family that included a toddler, a child, a dog, and a great-grandparent! It met all of our expectations and was a wonderful stay - especially for the price! The backyard was a great place to gather and let the kids play as well as the dog to explore. If we ever come that way again, we will be sure to see if this is booked!

Exceptional property

This property's amenities were far beyond what is provided by most VRBO properties. There was nothing that we needed that was not available - towels, soaps, complimentary snacks/waters, dish soap, paper towels, food storage, spices, cook- and serving-ware, etc. Wonderful, clean and beautifully decorated space with 5 bedrooms (all with queen beds) and areas upstairs and down for hanging out along with a dining table off the well-appointed kitchen. Kid-friendly space in the lower level. Hanchaltuu was a delightful, extremely responsive host. Highly recommend!

Awesome graduation weekend stay

First I would like to thank our host Hanchaltuu who made our stay at her beautiful home a memorable one! I booked this property way ahead of time for my son’s graduation. Hanchaltuu was prompt in answering all my messages! When we arrived at her property we had a pleasant surprise! She prepared a nice welcome fruit basket with balloons to congratulate my son! It was very thoughtful of her and we appreciate it. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The patio and yard was very nice. When we had an issue in one of the bathrooms she came in to fix it even if it was late in the evening. My entire family rested well and were all very pleased and impressed with her home! Would definitely recommend this place! Big thanks to Hanchaltuu!
