Welcome to our brand new and beautifully renovated home! With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, this home is perfect for accommodating your family and friends. The real highlight is its unbeatable location. Situated directly on the picturesque Delaware Bay, you'll witness breathtaking sunsets daily. Since we're located right on the sand, you can easily take advantage of beachfront activities, such as leisurely strolls, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing and building sandcastles with your little ones. You’ll be in awe when you see pods of Dolphins swimming, jumping and playing right out back! We have seen them as close as 10 feet off the beach! Hunt for seashells and sea glass while strolling the sandy beach. You may even find the occasional sea turtle hanging out!

Our property is fully renovated with modern coastal beach vibes for your ideal vacation. Situated right on the beach, you have your own access via the backyard. You have 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor, one being a master suite. 2 bedrooms on the second floor both with your own door to the deck, and the 5th bedroom on the first floor, equipped with bunk beds. You will have water views from every room in the house. Our lathe modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make our home, your home for great dinners, and delicious breakfasts.

Family Getaway

My family has a great long weekend at Cape May at this property. It was much nicer than the pictures made it look. The location on the beach was great for sunsets and waking up to the sounds of waves. We were close to many of the attractions in the area. Would definitely stay here again, maybe try it during warmer weather.

Beautiful spot and quick responses

Owner/manager was very responsive to any inquires. It’s a newly refinished home and you can tell! Beautiful, kitchen had basic supplies but nothing extra like other rentals. Just putting in review so others can be prepared. I think every person in the house tripped when walking out the back door to the main deck, especially the kids. Liked the unique nature of the home… can’t beat the location though!

Beautiful properry

The location is unbeatable. The property was clean and beautiful. The backyard with grass area was so nice for my little pomeranian to enjoy away from the hot sand. The kitchen is stocked enough and appliances were very nicely kept. Some minor issues were toilet holders and curtain rods not being securly installed. However overall experience was exceptional. Beach chairs and kayaks were big plus and covered gazebo area was big enough to sit everyone when we needed a break from sand. The Sunset was amazing nightly and very convenient for outdoor dining.

Terrible experience. I am so sad to write my only negative review in 15 years of renting

Communication was terrible We messaged the host with our reservation request telling him how excited we were to bring our dogs and two children to the property. He accepted our request and we paid in a timely manner. After our departure he messaged saying he didn’t know we were bringing dogs so we needed to pay the pet fee which we did but he then charged damages on top of that for having left behind pet hair on the couch. Supposedly, dogs on the couch broke a house rule. While no such rule was stated in the welcome book or any communication, we had even covered the couch to be careful.The house was not effectively heated or sealed from cold, wind, or rain…We stayed in February and there was a cold windy storm off the bay the second night of our stay. Once the temperature dropped that night we could not get the thermostat above 60 in the main room and the wall of windows overlooking the bay weren’t sealed properly. There was cold air flowing in and when it rained water dripped into the living room and had to be sopped up with towels regularly. I even took video to send to my family -I was so surprised. The images of the fireplace on the website are not accurate—there are no real flames-it’s an electric heater that barely heated the space in front of it. Sure, it is a beautiful house if it is a perfect weather weekend but with the host’s mishandling of messages, rules, house charges, and an unexpected fees -I can’t recommend renting this property in any season.
