25 Windsor Ave. Este Victorian Beach Block de 8 dormitorios y 5 1/2 baños ha sido cuidadosamente reconstruido desde cero. A pasos de la mejor playa de Cape May y a 2 cuadras del centro comercial Washington Street, puedes caminar a las mejores tiendas, restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento que Cape May tiene para ofrecer. The host was welcoming and the house information was thorough and very much to the point. Our stay was post-season, with fairly chilly and windy weather, but the house felt snug. Everything was nicely clean, and we kept it that way! Our group of 15 had room to spread out and comfortable quarters for all. Great to have such nice bathrooms, and laundry facilities were a help. The kitchen was well appointed with modern appliances that functioned well. We appreciated the two full size refrigerators!

Great host with excellent communication. Excellent location. Vrbo listing needs to emphasize need to bring your own towels and bed linens (just noted in house rules only, which we did not catch). Other than that the house was wonderful with great amenities.

This welcoming Cape May beach house is everything VRBO says it is! Its well appointed, clean, charming, centrally located and roomy enough for everyone! We shopped, we sunned on the beach, we took in the local history, we walked all about and loved every minute of our 4 night stay. If youre looking for that "home away from home"... this is it! Now that we know 4 nights are not enough, we plan to come back. Do not hesitate to book here. David was helpful and accessible, and the house rules are reasonable. My advice to you? Hit the "book" button and start packing. Don't forget your sunscreen (but if you do, there's some of that there too!)

The house was very clean and in a great location! Having 2 refrigerators in the kitchen was extremely useful. It was great being so close to Washington St and the beach. Dave was very easy to communicate with and I would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of room for our large family to spread out! One minute walk to the beach, beach tags provided. Easy walk to dozens of restaurants and shops. Short ride to breweries and wineries. The house had entering we needed…big, well supplied kitchen.

We had an amazing week in this home! The house was perfect for our large family. Loved the large kitchen/living room area. We cooked, played cards and had karaoke nights. The location is perfect, not too far of a walk to beach. We were worried about parking, there is only one spot for the house. Everyone was able to find street parking close by. We walked everywhere, even the Acme. The owner was very reachable and helped with a few things that came up. (The second frig stopped working) we understood the difficulty in getting someone to take a look at it or replace it because it was a holiday week. He immediately purchased coolers for us to use and had them delivered to the house. We will most definitely be returning for more family vacations!

This house was AMAZING! There was so much room in the house. Super close to beach and shopping/restaurants. Owner was excellent with communication and available for our entire trip. The house was well equipped. I would definitely stay there again and recommend 10/10!

Great House and Location

The house is the perfect location for doing all that Cape May has to offer in walking distance. The house was big enough for the 16 people we had with us. We loved all the full bathrooms, making it very easy for everyone to get ready and have privacy. Dave was very responsive when we had questions. There was a lot of dust on ceiling fans and vents. Other than that the house was clean. We would definitely stay again.

Cape May Family Reunion

Love this house! First time in Cape May for all of us and we had a blast. The location was perfect- steps away from the beach, Congress Hall, and Washington St mall. The house accommodated 16 of us from ages 1 to 82. We spent a lovely and unforgettable Thanksgiving here. Dave was super helpful and responsive - really helped make this the successful trip that it was. We will definitely be back!

Family Reunion to celebrate 90th birthday

My cousins, brother and spouses all got together to celebrate my dad's 90th birthday. The house was the perfect size for us and had just enough gathering spaces indoor and out. Everything was exactly as advertised. Host was very responsive and location was fabulous

Fall Family & Friends Trip

This house provided great space for the six of us. Multiple bedrooms allowed us to choose our own rooms. Plus, several had very nice upgraded en suite bathrooms. Hall bathrooms were also roomy & very nice. Close proximity to shops & restaurants allowed us to walk everyday. Metered street parking is available if bringing multiple cars although finding a nearby spot can be a challenge on the weekend in the fall! All in all, The Windsor House provided a welcoming location for visiting Cape May in the fall!

So much character

The location of this home is unbeatable, you are steps away from everything. The house was ample in space and the seven of us were more than comfortable. The house is well stocked, with everything you need for a home away from home. We cooked several meals, relaxed on both porches, top floor with an ocean view, and walked the sights in Cape May. What a beautiful trip we will remember for a lifetime.

Reunion fun

Great property! Close to the beach, shopping and all that Cape May has to offer! We were a group of 10 women celebrating our 50th high school reunion. Plenty of room for the group to gather and enough space for everyone to have privacy when needed! The few questions we had for the host were answered promptly. The house is warm and inviting! We loved it!

Great vacation, location & house

This house was amazing, especially for a large group of people. House was clean, bedrooms were large and an awesome open kitchen / living room floor plan. Easily hosted our family and extended family. Communication with the host was great, responsive & informative. You are right next to the beach and easily walk into town. Front porch was great for morning coffee and nighttime chats. Would highly suggest!!

Great Location!

The home is in a great location, easy walk to beach and town! The kitchen and baths have been nicely renovated! Dave was very responsive and easy to work with ahead of our stay. We arrived the weekend after Memorial Day and the property was not ready for the season. The area in back of the house was not usable. The picnic table had not been set up or cleaned and the other seating was in bad shape. The home had been surface cleaned and the kitchen and baths were usable after some clean up. There was heavy dust through out the house on picture frames, lamps, and bed spreads. If the house had been ready for us, this would have been a great place to stay.

Christmas in Cape May

We had a wonderful time at this property. The layout worked perfectly for our group of 15. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere…no need to move the car once! There was a nice backyard area for the little ones to play safely. Everything we needed was supplied. Christmas time in Cape May is magical! We felt like we were in a Hallmark movie!

After working on a few Client's homes in Cape May, we of course fell in love with the Architecture and Unique Charm of this Historical Beach Town. So I started looking for a Project and there it was, Beach Block in need of Major Renovation. Together with Co-owner Alex and the Crew, this house has been Fully Restored from the ground up with 100% modern mechanicals and High-End Finishes, yet preserving the character of this Historically Registered Property. We LOVE the Prime Location, only steps from the Best Beach, Town and Great Restaurants.
