Welcome to Little Bear Castle! This is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo located right in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg. It is walking distance to all shopping, entertainment, and restaurants! Step out on the patio and take in the mountain views and city life! The condo complex has a seasonal heated outdoor pool and hot tub! Each bedroom has a smart TV that can connect to your streaming services! There is an affordable washer and dryer located in the complex!

Helpful notes to set expectations:

Walkability & Hill: You can walk to downtown. The walk back includes a notable uphill section; if hills are a concern, consider a quick rideshare or drive back.

Community amenities: The on-site seasonal heated pool and hot tub is HOA-maintained. Occasional closures happen and availability can change day to day.

Building/parking: The building is older and the parking lot can feel tight, especially during busy times.

Everything was GREAT!! Communication was excellent. Never took more that 5 mins to get a reply when I had a question. Room had extra amenities like iron and ironing board and even a box fan. The views from both balconys were great. The walk to and from the strip was a little tough as stated in the post but was still better than paying 20 to park everytime we wanted to go to the strip to explore. Had an excellent time. Definitely worth staying at again. Would pick this spot to stay again 100 out a 100 times. Would recommend the stay.

The property is just as advertised and in a perfect location to downtown Gatlinburg attractions and sports complex. Would definitely choose again when the time comes.

Comfortable, good for families

This place was very comfortable and convenient. We appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and there were even a few toys that made for a nice surprise for our daughter. Great place.

Perfect for a short stay in the mountains

Property was clean and had plenty of space for two. Within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg and only about 15 minutes for some great hiking spots in the Smokey’s. Check in/check out were easy.

the condo was perfect for our family for the weekend! great location, several nearby restaurants to walk to, beautiful view from the balcony of downtown Gatlinburg. Owners are very easy to communicate with, reaponded to messages quickly.

Enjoyable Getaway

We had a great time in our three nights at the Chateau apt. Very close to downtown Gatlinburg and walkable which is important as parking averages 20 . But tbe walk back would be hard for anyone over 70 as it is quite steep. There is too much to do in a day or two. There is something for everyone.

Great place to stay

We had a short weekend stay for a sporting event. The host made contact with us hours before check in with status updates and made contact after our arrival to insure everything was suitable. This place exceeded our expectations. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable beds. It's located just off the main drag in Gatlinburg

Fun weekend

Great space. Convenient location to Gatlinburg, we walked everywhere. Short drive to trails. Scenic drive to Cades Cove. And let’s not forget the discounts on attractions that were included with our stay. Totally worth it!

Everything was wonderful! Complimentary snacks upon arrival. The location was close enough to walk to the strip but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Elisabeth was very prompt and informative, always making sure we were ok. I love this rental. .
