An escape from the hustle & bustle, all while being just a short drive to downtown Breckenridge. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the expansive deck all while listening to the stream that flows through the trees behind the property.

Whether you're gathering with family & friends or looking for an intimate getaway, this private home offers plenty of space and privacy for all.

Take a hike! Literally! One of the most popular 14'ers, Quandary Peak Trailhead, is less than 2 miles away. Prefer to fish, your route to town follows the Blue River. There's no shortage of nightlife and entertainment for all ages. Breckenridge and our neighboring towns offer plenty of year-round concerts, festivals, art, cultural events, and so much more. Not to mention many of which are free to all! Get some runs in at the various resorts or go off the beaten trail for some backcountry adventures.

Hike, bike, boat, fish, paddle board, ski, snow board, snowmobile, snowshoe, take a scenic gondola ride, enjoy a day at the spa, indulge in a 7-course meal, and so much more!

Since we're looking to host you long term, you'll be looking for some R&R. Gather together around the indoor wood burning fireplace and enjoy a good movie or spend some time in the home's lower-level game room.
