Tres dormitorios, 2. 5 baños casa adosada de dos pisos se encuentra cerca del centro y está en la ruta del autobús.

La sala de estar, la cocina y el comedor están ubicados en el piso principal, además de los 1/2 baños. Un gran sofá seccional ofrece mucho espacio para descansar después de un largo día en las laderas. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 8 personas, además del taburete de la barra en la barra de la cocina. La cubierta de la cocina tiene una parrilla de gas para perfeccionar sus habilidades de parrilla.

Todas las habitaciones están en el segundo piso. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y su propio baño privado. El segundo y el tercer dormitorio tienen camas tamaño queen y comparten un área de baño común.

Roomy, clean and great location

It was roomier than we expected, with a great kitchen. It's great for a family or group of friends. It's along the bus route, an easy way to get to and around Breckenridge. There is only one parking spot, and it is not easy to unload multiple cars. Parking for 2 cars is about 1/2 - 1 mile down the road. We would book here again.

Condo Review

Very clean and nice location to catch free bus, shuttle or walk. Only complaint is that internet connection did not match code given with check in instructions. Instructions for check in just need to be updated with correct internet code.

Pleasant and cozy

Reviewer Comments: We stayed in this unit for one night because our flight was cancelled due to a snow storm and the unit we were in for a week was expecting the next guest. This unit was super clean and cozy. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family of five. If you are wanting something walking distance to the slopes, this is probably not for you but there is a bus stop across the street. It would also be a decent walk down to Main Street as well. Very convenient to the grocery store though. Overall we are picky travelers and I would say this was nice, clean unit with a good layout. I particularly loved the fireplace and the large sofa for lounging!

We've stayed in other condos in Breckenridge at other times, but this is our favorite. We had stayed at Kingdom Park in a two bedroom townhouse about 5 years ago. This townhouse was perfect for our family. It has three bedrooms, a nice living area, a well equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. It anlso has a washer and dryer. Its location is great, being right near the rec center and close to City Market. Checkin and checkout were easy, with the real estate office being right on Main Street. We highly recommend this townhouse and would stay there again.Checkin and c

Great place

Great place and location but parking for 2 cars is inconvenient. Par for the course in Breck, I think, so this is not a negative comment, just an observation.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Embarrassed to have even stayed there. First day, my 5 year old found a weed pen under the couch and brought it to my mom. The place in general is not bad, but back porch could use some work. Parking isn’t good. Biggest thing was the drugs left out. We are from texas it’s not legal and my child found it. We honestly deserve a refund because that is a **** lawsuit in itself.

Awesome stay

We had a great stay here. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed. Ann answered all of our questions and gave us ideas of things to do in the area. Very short walk to the beach, tennis and pickle ball and restaurants. There is also a public dock just a very short walk to sit on the intercoastal. We had an excellent stay we can't wait to come back.

Great spot for a family getaway. Conveniently located right next to 2 bud stop for easy access to anywhere you need to go downtown. Also a short walk to the grocery store. Highly recommend!

Great townhouse

The property was well stocked. We had plenty of room. The only problem was the downstairs tv had all kinds of problems. Cable never worked so we had to watch Netflix the whole time. Thank goodness we could go to the bedroom to watch the news and weather.

Beautiful view of a field with trees in a peaceful setting. Our kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked and we were able to hike right into town off the back trail. The check in and check out process was smooth. The property management company was extremely responsive if we had questions and very welcoming.

Wonderful place to stay!!!! Location was awesome just a few minutes from grocery store and gondola.

Wonderful location- beautiful snow view right out the back!!! Plenty of space for everyone after a long day of skiing. Loved the fireplace and that you had blankets to snuggle up in. I took a few good naps on the couch by the cozy fire. We do wish there were curtains on the windows in bedrooms. The blinds still let in way to much light in the mornings. We like to sleep in a bit but it was so bright it wakes you up by 7 in the morning. Only a few issues- Had steaks ready to grill one night then found out the starter on the grill doesn’t work and there was no lighter or matches- bought lighter the next day and 1/2 way through grilling it ran out of gas. This was extremely disappointing!!! Only other thing that was upsetting was ran a bath in master bath after skiing went to get in and bath was full of little bugs. It was disgusting!!! My husband figured out they had nested in one of the jets so he cleaned it all out but this should be checked on a weekly basis so it doesn’t happen again. Other than those few things we had an AMAZING trip and can’t wait to come back!!!! The town was so cute and the snow was GORGEOUS!!! Wonderful place to end one year and start a new one. HAPPY NEW YEAR
