The space
This is 2.71 acre, 6 BR 3 BA full brick home, great room w fireplace, kitchen w/ granite countertops & custom cabinets, bonus room with ping pong, darts and games, fenced backyard, rocking chair style front porch, screened back porch, deck, fire pit, and a pool. The pool is seasonal, from Memorial Day weekend until Labor Day weekend.

There are FOUR desks and strong wi-fi for working professionals and smart TVs in every room so that you can log into all of your favorite TV accounts! The screened in porch has a regular hammock AND a swinging hammock along with a fire pit to keep warm in cooler weather. There is an additional fire pit in the yard that is perfect for smores and scary stories!

There is a charcoal grill. Propane for the grill and porch firepit as well as wood for the yard firepit can be arranged for an additional fee.

Guest access
The guest will be allowed full access of the house minus a few closets and the garage. The driveway is a shared driveway with a designated space for parking.
