For those with a love of golf, museums, or adventures at the White Water Center, you`ll find everything within 10-minutes. Our location is also minutes away from the airport.

Upon entering our property, you`ll immediately sense the inviting, immaculate ambiance. The main part of the house embraces an open concept design. To your left, you`ll discover the cozy living room, perfect for family game nights or quiet reading sessions. To your right, the dining room and kitchen, complete with island seating, beckon you to savor meals together.

As you proceed down the hall, a fully equipped laundry room precedes the master suite, while on the left, you`ll find the guest bedrooms and a guest bath. The master suite boasts a full ensuite with a walk-in closet, an office desk for those who need to catch up on work, a walk-in shower, and a convenient Jack and Jill sink.

This Neighborhood is very tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte and yet still super close! It is very quiet aside from some other new homes being built down the street. The noise from the new builds will not be an issue though.

A few important notes to ensure a harmonious stay:

Please familiarize yourself with our additional rules before booking.

The fire pit and outdoor heater are propane-powered and must be turned off after each use.

We kindly ask that you respect the tranquility of our Mount Holly neighborhood, as disruptions are sensitive issues.

All guests must be 21 years or older, unless otherwise approved by the host.

Third-party bookings are not permitted without prior owner approval, and violations will result in cancellation without a refund.

Mount Holly has a strict 10 pm to 7 am noise ordinance, with fines up to $1,500. Failure to comply may lead to immediate eviction without reimbursement if neighbors contact the authorities.

Animals are not allowed; bringing a pet in violation of house rules incurs an additional $250 daily fine.

Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations.

Parties/events are not permitted; hosting a party will result in eviction without a refund.

Late checkout`s can be arranged (when available) but will be an additional $100 dollar fee and they must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen just let me know as soon as possible :) $150 charge to guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew WILL enter home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that days base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day.) If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given. (Note: any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the days rate for however many days it took to restore the property)

Please no additional guests other than the ones staying. There can be exceptions made but please contact me to arrange. Violating this will be a $200 dollar charge per person per day.

No Animals*** Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules you will be fined an extra $250 dollars per day.

No smoking/vaping or drug use! This is a zero tolerance policy. Should you violate this there will be a $500 dollar fine and for every piece of evidence of smoking/drug use I will charge $25 dollars additionally (ashtrays, cigarette butts, Illegal substances)

NO PARTIES... No exceptions. Should you have a party you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. If there are any noise complaints or the police are called you could be asked to leave with no refund. If you do not have any reviews I do require a up to date state ID, and may request a deposit at the discretion of the owner.

No crypto mining on premises, should it be found that this is happening you will be asked to leave and no refund issued.

Hot tub Rules-
Shower with soap and water before entering the Hot tub.
Enter and exit hot tub slowly and where the stairs are located.
No jumping or diving in.
NO GLASS in or near the hot tub.
Use of alcohol, narcotics or medications is not permitted on the premises and in the hot tub.
Elderly or pregnant women should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Do not enter if the temperature is higher than 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry.
Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure or any serious illness should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub.
Please replace spa cover after each use.
Please do not sit or lie down on the spa cover.
Please turn off Jets after use.
Please do not use soap or oils in the spa.
Please turn off Bluetooth speakers after 10pm in the spa.

Be respectful of the neighbors, this is a family friendly neighborhood.

No mail please or packages
