I can't comment on my stay because there was no way I was staying in that apartment. It was so filthy that I wouldn't let my dog sleep there. So disappointed that this listing would be acceptable for someone to be scammed into paying for what "appeared" to be a nice apartment in the photos.

It really wasn’t bad! You can’t open the curtain in the living room the blinds fall. But that in minor it was okay for what we needed thank you for allowing us to have our service dog!

Check in was easy. However we didnt plan on housing with roaches. After seeing roaches in the kitchen and on the eating table it was hard to get past that. The bed was terrible it squeaked every time my spouse turned over and the towels were wore out and although clean had big brown spots on them and looked dirty. The carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning. Wont make the mistake of renting again.

Good Stay

Good stay location is great quiet neighborhood. There are pools here which is a plus. We did run into an issue but it was resolved immediately and communication from owner is great quick to respond back. Only other issue we had were the blinds they were broken upon arrival which sucked only because being on the ground floor and blinds didn’t close properly so it felt as if anyone could see in and I wish there were chairs on the patio but other than that great stay

The property was exactly like the listing. Very easy check in/out We a accidentally locked ours selfs out (completely our fault) and the host was very helpful and came to unlock the door.

Perfect Location

This nice little apartment was located perfectly to downtown Houston and near the NRG center for our concert. The apartment was a nice size, clean and well stocked. Check in and out were super simple. We will be glad to use this place again.

Good location

Good: bed, shower, coffee pot, kitchen was clean, linens were clean, refrigerator and freezer great Needs maintenance: Toilet was clean but rocks, dishwasher leaks, carpet needs cleaning, washer and dryer are fine but seems like there has been some flooding in the past

The location of this property is convenient if you are attending an event at NRG Stadium. It was easy to find, and parking was simple. The distance to the stadium is the only advantage of this rental.Unfortunately, the condition of the unit did not match the photos. The photos appear to be taken from afar, which makes the space look cleaner and more updated than it actually is.The carpet was very old and visibly dirty. When we moved the bedside table, there was a heavy buildup of dust and debris along the baseboards and behind the furniture. The overall cleanliness of the space was disappointing.The mattress was an old metal spring mattress that squeaked loudly even when simply sitting down on it. The bedding was very minimal - a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and a black bedspread. The bedspread was not the one shown in the photos. My husband was uncomfortable enough that he chose to sleep in his clothes. Thankfully, I had brought my own pillow.There were also maintenance concerns. There was visible black mold on the metal AC cover in the dining area, and the bedroom walls had noticeable cracks running across them. The listing photos also show a tray with snacks and drinks, but this was not present during our stay.The front door lock was difficult and the door had to be pushed to close. While the location is convenient, the cleanliness and condition need significant improvement. I hope the host will address these cleanliness and maintenance issues for future guests.

Stay away. The worst ever

I am still waiting on my refund. The ceiling above the vent had a large musding piece. The wall on the floor was wet when i turned on the air condition water blew all over the floor and leaked from the hole in the ceiling. I called the owner. Within 10 mniutes the bowl i put for the dripping ceiling was full. I had to book a hotel and the owner did not respond to my request for a refund. Say away.

Good staging, lacking in some basic maintenance

The place is well staged and located a few minutes from the medical center. Pools are lovely and as-pictured. Chemically sensitive people should be warned there are multiple plug-in air fresheners running in the unit, perhaps hiding scent of mold or water damage. Toilet rocks on base and is slow to flush. Ground underneath washer/dryer has some brown, sticky buildup, but appliances themselves all work well. Sofa bed is not the mattress kind, but more of a pull-out ottoman. Some cockroaches, but perhaps a normal amount for ground floor in the south. Pretty comfy bed.
