Forget your worries in this great location and serene space. Wonderful Master Bedroom and Bath. Open kitchen and living room plenty of space for kids in downstairs play area. Super cool outdoor living area with gas fire pit, grill, fridge and hot tub!
This house is within two blocks from everything. Boat ramp, Bike Trail, Fishing pier, Ice Cream, Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball courts, Basketball, Marsh access, Football Field, Sledding Hill, Gas Station, 3 restaurants w/ bar.
The space
Updated ranch with big open kitchen that flows into the living room floor plan. The Master Bedroom has a flat screen TV, Adjustable vibrating King bed, fan, walk-in closet and is attached to the Bathroom with a beautiful custom walk in shower and tub! Another bedroom with king bed, tv, closet and ceiling fan as well.
The downstairs has a bathroom with shower, big living area and two truly unique bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with its own vanity and queen bed while the other has queen bed and some fun lighting!
There is a patio in the Front of the house and a super cozy patio in back with gas grill, gas fire pit, hot tub, mini fridge and bar area.
