West Coast Vista 3E Bay View Condo

Este condominio tiene lo mejor de ambos mundos. La propiedad está situada frente a la playa y también tiene la bahía justo al otro lado de la calle. Usted está rodeado de agua! Usted tiene acceso a la base de la foto a la derecha para la pesca y se puede atracar un barco durante el día, pero su uso no está permitido durante la noche.

A pesar de que sólo obtendrá el amanecer desde su unidad, usted será capaz de disfrutar de las puestas de sol desde la zona de la piscina frente al mar. El área de la piscina está bien equipada con todo lo que necesita para asar y disfrutar del clima.

Wonderful week!!

This was an amazing location, the beach was quiet and gorgeous. Within walking distance of restaurants, live music, and ice cream. We loved it and hope to rebook!

Great Location!! Condo was very comfortable and like having the beach a short distance and the pool being a option. The Intercoastal view from the balcony was very nice spent early mornings having coffee and cocktails in the evening. Great Restaurants in the area. Most everything is a close distance to drive to. Cleanliness

The rugs and chairs are very dirty,needs a shampoo cleaning for ground in dirt,seen food crusted on leather furniture,both bathrooms need fixing badly stained and slow for water to go down,mold on shower curtains,could use fresh paint through out.We were disappointed in no close resturants with breakfast,but drove distance for that.The close to beach and pool were great assets.

In need of maintenance!!

Have stayed at this building many times over the years, have always left glowing reviews. This was our first time in this unit. Love the location, but will not rent this unit ever again, primarily due to the check-in process. After a 10 hour drive having to go 45 minutes out of the way to the property management company in Saturday traffic in Clearwater Beach is a joke. Housekeeping is deplorable. Floors leave black residue on feet and socks. Sliding door to balcony is almost impossible to open and close. Frying pans all have rounded bottoms and almost unusable. Limited flatware. Not the place for you if you have two couples and plan to do much cooking. Blender base is broken. Balcony chairs have rusted legs that have rusted at different rates, legs uneven, small table falling apart. Floor sweeper does not work and there is no mop on the premises. NO ICE-MAKER! If you rent this unit, stop and get a bag of ice on the way in. Otherwise, you will have to fill ice trays and wait for them to freeze if you are looking forward to a refreshing drink upon arrival. Owner needs to make some serious decisions about housekeeping and maintenance. I own rental property in the mountains of NC. If I went to my cabin and found it in the condition that this unit is in, I would fire my management company and my housekeeping staff. Unit is not up to par with other units at West Coast Vista. A lock box on the premises would be big positive.

A great week!!

It is a nice until, perfect size for a family of 4. Little things kept it from getting a better rating. Example, washing machine leaked, & was noisy. Beds need to be replaced. We would stay in the unit again...we love the beach.

Vacation with the girls!

Beautiful place to stay. Nice location - laid back area but still close to tourist area. Love the pool and beach area!! Extras included beach chairs and pool items.

A nice change from our normal trip to the area

The condo itself was great but the pool might as well be nonexistent especially without lightning at night. And the issue with the dumpster constantly over flowing and smelling needs to be remedied. I would rate the room itself much higher. However these issues we're a problem and made me want to only give a 3 star but the room made up for a lot of it. The room was very nice, clean, well equipped, and the beds we're very comfortable! It was also nice to have the beach equipment available for use. For these reasons we will most likely be returning. My wife and I have been bringing our family to vacation in the area every year since we were married there in 2008. It was nice to try something new rather than stay in a "resort" like we always have in years past. We will be trying to book WCV 3E for next year's trip and most likely years to come! Thanks for helping us have a great vacation!

We had a wonderful time in this unit.

Property is very clean and equipped with everything you need for your stay. The condo is on a quiet beautiful beach and close to many attractions. We are already planning our next vacation at this unit. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home.

Awesome time!

We vacationed with another couple and had the best time. We spent the majority of our time on the beach soaking up the sun. Some renters seem to monopolize all of the pool area but you get that everywhere. The condo was exactly like the pictures. Not quite crazy about the key process. We had an issue with the wifi but they came right over and updated the equipment. All in all a wonderful vacation.

Indian Rocks Beach area is very nice, not to busy.

The condo was nice, but could be updated, couches not very comfortable. Sliding glass door and windows need major replacing. Hard to slide door due to rusted track. Pool area and parking lot was maintained as well as could be expected with the weather, windy and rainy. Maintenance man Dave, was great responding to problems and the rental company was very cooperative with everything. Little Rocks Beach area is very nice, plenty of nearby dining and access to stores. Spent lots of time fishing the pier across the street and shore casting from the beach. Also fished Pier 60 in Clearwater which was great and really loved the beach. Wouldn't recommend without updates to friends.

Pictures and descriptions are very accurate. Decor is updated and condo extremely clean. Private beach was quiet and pool was good. Great dining options and activities all around. We will be back!

Really great to stay and play

Very clean, great pool, fully equipped unit even with kids toys. Very spacious and right on the beach. Beach is semi private and not allot of people around. The place is well kept and clean. :)

GREAT PLACE

Great place to stay, great location. The only downside is not having an ocean view. No surprises, the pictures are exactly what you get. The master bed was very comfortable. We rented a full size suv and that was a mistake with the parking there being so tight.
