Oasis on 8 - Homey Studio - in Little Havana

A comfortable stay awaits you in this homey studio! It's compact yet provides enough space and offers all the amenities you'll need to enjoy your stay. The studio features a comfortable Queen-size bed, clean bathroom with shower, an eating area for two, a mini fridge, large screen TV, and high-speed, reliable WIFI. A shared washer/dryer is also provided in the laundry room, activated by coins. Guests have access to an outside, shared patio, featuring a seating area with large umbrella.

COVID19 - CLEANING PROCEDURES
1- Cleaning staff uses handheld spray sanitizer to disinfect home when entering property.
2- UV light disinfectant is used on any touch surfaces - remote, light switches, countertops etc.
3- Touch surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant wipes.
4- Deep clean is thoroughly done every cleaning.
5- Sheets are deep washed with bleach and detergent.

There are no parking spaces available for the studios, but free parking is possible in the street in front of the house. We can accommodate a small pet. Our "Oasis on 8" building with 4 studios/apartments is located at a short distance to all of Miami's Hot Spots, Brickell city center, Wynwood walls, Loan depot arena, beaches, golf clubs and all the restaurants, bars and Night Life of Calle 8!!!. Little Havana is simply UNIQUE with its exciting Cuban culture and a variety of things to see & do. Come and Feel the Passion and comfort of “Oasis on 8” !

This clean and comfortable home is in the heart of Little Havana. This studio is also gated. Free street parking as well. You can walk to the world famous Calle 8, Shops, Restaurants, Clubs & Parks. You are in the center of it all when you stay in our home. (This is part of a four-plex so interaction with other guests may be possible)

You have access to your unit. There is a quarter based washer/dryer as well as a nice front yard with a seating areas to enjoy your afternoon. You also have access to the backyard area that is a work in progress.
Other things to note
If you do not have a car ,Uber and Lyft are frequently used and reliable throughout the neighborhood and all of South Florida. You are walking distance to many great places.

Pet Fee is $150 - 1 time fee to hire a cleaning staff to deep clean home.
Please report to us you will be bringing a pet prior to booking. (Applies to service pets)

Motion detection cameras in the permitted of the home, these cameras record when they sense movement and are only installed for security. (Front, side, and back of home)
