Lakefront Home on Lake Winnebago-New Construction-4 Bedroom-2 Full Bath

New Construction Lakefront Home on Lake Winnebago's West Shore on private road between Neenah and Oshkosh. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home features 2 bedrooms with King beds, 1 bedroom with Queen bed, and 1 bedroom with 2 Full size beds, along with Lofted Twin XL bunk, and Twin Trundle bed. Custom cabinets and granite countertop in the eat-in Kitchen with large granite island that seats 9. Full wall of 3 sets of patio doors opens to a 22' x 11.5' screened-in, covered composite deck facing the lake with magnificent sunrises and moonrises overlooking miles of open water. 56' foot pier with ladder leads out into the sandy, shallow water; great for little kids to splash around (water is approx. 2' deep at end of dock), and adults to relax.

The layout includes one King BR and "bunkroom" on 1st floor. Bunkroom has seating as well as a flat panel tv for kids to play video games, etc. 1st floor bathroom custom designed with private shower room, private water closet, and private vanity space. Washer/dryer also in 1st floor utility room.

Kitchen has all new SS appliances including a large ice making drawer in the freezer. Oversized granite island has seating for 9. Outdoor screened-in, covered deck has seating for up to 11, including a dining table that seats 4.

The 2nd floor has 1 King BR (lakefront) and 1 Queen BR and 1 full bathroom.

There is a campfire pit lakeside as well as a Weber Genesis 3-burner gas grill on the concrete patio outside the screen porch.

We also have 2 tandem kayaks, 4 stand up paddleboards, 2 youth kayaks, 17' aluminum canoe, paddle-boat, and a 20' x 6' Aqua Lily Pad all available to rent as a package (includes paddles and life jackets).

The home is clean and beautifully furnished. It easily accommodates multiple families. The open floorplan is well thought out and the view is fantastic from the wall of windows. We loved sitting on the screened in porch drinking our coffee in the mornings and happy hour in the evenings. Will definitely stay again!

We had a very nice and relaxing weekend. 2 suggestions: get a new mat outside the front door. It slid under our feet a few times. Also, some type of grip, rough surface, or grab bar in the 1st floor tub. It was slippery and I fell. I am ok, just a few bruises.

Great lake rental

This was a wonderful house for our family vacation. The house was exactly as pictured. The canoe and paddle boat were lots of fun. The neighbors were friendly. I would recommend bringing water shoes as the rocks are sharp!

Clean, well appointed property

Wonderful stay from start to finish. Property owner very kind and helpful. House well appointed and clean. Plenty of kitchen items if you choose to stay in and prepare meals. Plenty of outside toys to play in the lake. Comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again!

What a beautiful home, right on Lake Winnebago. The home was spacious, well decorated and with a fully stocked kitchen. The home was immaculate!! We loved the screen porch, lots of seating. The owner was quick to respond to any of my questions!! We had such a memorable stay, it felt like home. I highly recommend this home if you want to enjoy the lake and the peaceful atmosphere!!

Quiet family lake weekend

We stayed at this home for a Soccer tournament in Osh Gosh. Fields were only 7 mins from home. Updated home, clean, everything you need is stocked. Very family friendly. Toys, bunks, shallow waters around dock. No sand. Grocery store 7 mins away. First time to lake Winnebago, the lake is so quiet, clean, and huge. Lots of fish.

Family trip to Neenah

My family and I had an absolutely lovely stay during our visit. The property was comfortable, spotless, modern, and the perfect location for us to gather. The property was beautiful with sparkling lake views. The neighbors were friendly, and our host went above and beyond to make our stay accommodating. We all made process memories together and if we return, will make sure to check out this property in the future. This was a winner!

Everything from booking to checkout went super smooth. Communication with the owner couldn’t have been better. The few questions we had were answered immediately. The property was very comfortable and clean and was exactly as advertised. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Wonderful lake house

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was super clean, comfortable and well appointed with everything we needed. Perfect views of the lake from the kitchen, living room and screened in porch. We loved the open layout and large kitchen island for family meals and made use of the grill for some local steaks and brats, as well as the fire pit for s’mores in the evenings. Great location in a quiet part of town but still very easy to get to downtown Oshkosh, Neenah or Appleton. All around awesome!

Amazing stay, can’t wait to return in 2025!

This home is immaculate with stunning views! Directly on the lake, comfortable living spaces, great beds and pillows along with a safe neighborhood make this home 10/10. Jeff was amazing to work with and checked in to make sure we didn’t have any unmet needs. We are already talking about a longer stay in 2025. You won’t be disappointed, our best VRBO yet!

Amazing stay!

We stayed here for the week of AirVenture and had a great experience. The house was clean, spacious, and a perfect place to relax after busy days at the show. The kitchen and living areas were roomy, and we loved using the kayaks and paddleboards on the peaceful lake. The quiet location was a nice escape, and we enjoyed evenings on the deck. The homeowner was fantastic—very responsive and helpful. They checked in a few times to make sure everything was going well and gave us good tips on local dining and activities. We felt well taken care of and really appreciated their hospitality. We highly recommend this place and look forward to staying again!

Delightful Family Vacation

We had a fabulous week at this VRBO and Jeff was a super host in every possible way. We would highly recommend, especially for a group or family since the house so wonderfully accommodates a larger group of people. What a joy to sit on the porch and watch the lake every morning. We would highly recommend!

Enjoyed our week at the lake. Great views and screened in porch. Very clean and comfortable. Only suggestion is a few extra towels and paver paths to the lake would be nice. The back can get a tad muddy since it rained a few days. Thanks again!!

What a wonderful place to stay. The house may be the best equipped rental we have ever had. Jeff is very helpful and quick to respond. We will stay here again when available. Great place for young kids to wade in water while parents relax.

Family getaway

We could not have been happier with this stay. The amenities in the home were exceptional. The house was fabulous, clean and well maintained. The host was terrific and always available if we had any questions or issues. The screened porch was a favorite of ours to view the lake, relax and enjoy. We had our 4 children and 3 grandchildren with us and there was plenty of room for all. A terrific vacation rental!!!

Beautiful property

Although Mother Nature didn’t cooperate as we had this rented for an ice fishing trip, we had a fantastic time. The house was awesome, and the communication with the property manager was excellent. The house was very well equipped with everything needed.

Great new lakehouse!

We're regular VRBO clients. This place is in the top 1%! Quick communication frpom owner. Beautiful property that has a dock, firepit and screened patio overlooking Lake Winnebago. Our group met with little warning to attend memorial services for an old friend. 4 men in our 50s and my wife. King sized beds are a must and they were comfortable. Bathrooms were great. Nice big kitchen and great living area open for us to visit. Close to Neenah, but out in the country. We'd like to return for a fun trip to northern Wisconsin (from Texas, Florida and Illinois). Fair price and beat staying in a hotel. Better intimacy reuniting for only the second time in 30 years. Nice views from all around property. Honestly cannot think of any improvements needed. Oink is a good breakfast diner we enjoyed that’s a quick drive. Normally we stat in Door County or Minocqua when vacationing in Wisconsin, but Neenah is a good centrally located area where we could stay to use as a base for snowmobiling, Packers games, Milwaukee theater, casinos, whitewater rafting, Lake Michigan trips, UP visits, fishing...all sorts of fun Wisconsin stuff we miss in Texas.

Absolutely Beautiful

What a great place. Everything you need to just go unwind and relax. The little town near this home is picture perfect and has everything you need including a beautiful farmers market. The neighbors in the area were super nice but far enough away to allow for privacy. All amenities in this house were top notch. Very easy dealing with owner. Will rent this place again. Everyone had an incredible time.

Wonderful Property

This is likely one of the best experiences VBRO has to offer in Wisconsin. Lake Winnebago and it’s waterways are a great destination and this property compliments at all points. Clean, well thought out and appointed, and the host is a great communicator. Having travelled the world, this is a great option for those looking to unwind and relax with family while enjoying wildlife. It’s location is close to shopping and local restaurants - yet far enough to be private and secluded - it’s proximity to Oshkosh is close but again, far enough to be private; ideal. There are too many great points to mention here - reach out to the host with questions - I’m sure you will enjoy as we did! Highly recommended!!!
