The host Rene was prompt and courteous with any questions we had prior to arriving. The house was in perfect condition, therefore we didn't have to ask for anything. We celebrated Thanksgiving and my Grandmother's 94th birthday. It was more than enough room for us. The finished basement was a great place for the kids to hangout. All beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. This is our 2nd stay at this property and we love it!

Family Lake Getaway

Beautiful property!

We stayed for only 2 nights, but we wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back! The house was very clean and well-maintained. The views of the lake were wonderful, and the owner was very nice and even called to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this property!

We had a GREAT vacation week there

The house, grounds, and dock are very nice. The kitchen is the best equipped of any vacation house we have ever rented. There is a grocery store and restaurant conveniently located and the City of Greenwood is a short drive away. We are considering renting it again next Summer.

It was a beautiful home! It was clean and the view of the lake was amazing! It was nice and quiet. We didn’t realize that you had lawn care and power washing of the house done while we were there, this interrupted the children’s nap, but otherwise a great stay.

Awesome Lake House!

Once again the McMurray Family enjoyed our stay on Lake Greenwood! The house easily accommodated our big family, and we were able to celebrate our six summer birthdays together. Great stay

We just spent another great week on Lake Greenwood! We had the whole family there--children and grandchildren--and enjoyed being able to spread out in a house big enough to accommodate all of us, plus a great deck with everything we needed including grill and hot tub. With a dock big enough to accommodate boats and jet skis, we spent most of our time on the water. Can't wait until next year!

Wonderful Vacation

This is our family's fourth year enjoying this beautiful lake house. It accommodates our 16 family members so well and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc., the house is extremely clean, and the owner answers any questions with a quick reply. We all love the lake life and hope to stay here for years to come.

We just completed another great week on Lake Greenwood at the Bridgepoint House. Three generations having a wonderful time eating, laughing, playing games, and enjoying the water. Lovely place. Great beds. Great view. The correspondence could have been a little better but otherwise no complaints. I think for the price, toilet paper and paper towels could Be provided but been other places that have done the same.

The perfect family getaway!

We rented this house for our annual Thanksgiving reunion. It’s was more than we imagined! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare a wonderful meal. We enjoyed sitting outside on the spacious deck and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The house is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. I would highly recommend this home as a vacation getaway on Lake Greenwood.

Wonderful week at the Lake

This is the fifth year we have stayed at this property and it is always a wonderful week. Our family has 17 members that come and go throughout the week and there is always plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are all amazing and the dock and boat ramp are great. We just always hate when our time is over!

Wonderful way to ring in the new year!

This is our 3rd or 4th time staying at this house. Truly a great spot for friends and family. Ample room, TONS of kitchen utensils and supplies, some pantry staples, and a great environment. Even though our weather wasn't the best, we still enjoyed the outside porch and the amazing firepit that overlooks a fantastic view of the lake. Host (Renee) is great and quick to respond to needs. Highly recommend!

I grew up on the Lake and cherish many childhood memories from boating to social lakeside campfires with friends..I am fortunate to continue that same cherished tradition with my husband and four children + a perfect grandson. My 39 years in the real estate industry instilled a strong rule that I live by when investing - LOCATION is Everything! When a great property hit the market on Lake Greenwood that was centrally located on the main body of the lake, yet minutes from town + a great neighborhood.. I made the move to own my piece of paradise. I am proud to say that move was one of the best moves I have ever made..We never want to leave the comforts of this beautiful fully renovated luxury home..
