The host Rene was prompt and courteous with any questions we had prior to arriving. The house was in perfect condition, therefore we didn't have to ask for anything. We celebrated Thanksgiving and my Grandmother's 94th birthday. It was more than enough room for us. The finished basement was a great place for the kids to hangout. All beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. This is our 2nd stay at this property and we love it!

Family Lake Getaway

Overall an excellent property. The house layout was great as well as location on the Lake. We fished, tubed, kayaked and enjoyed evening boat rides.

Wonderful week at the Lake

This is our 4th year staying at this beautiful home on Lake Greenwood. With 6 bedrooms, our entire family can stay here and make lifetime memories of relaxing lake-life days. Beautifully furnished with everything needed for a wonderful vacation.

It was a beautiful home! It was clean and the view of the lake was amazing! It was nice and quiet. We didn’t realize that you had lawn care and power washing of the house done while we were there, this interrupted the children’s nap, but otherwise a great stay.

We stay at this home every year to celebrate family and it never disappoints. The house has all the amenities and the host is extremely responsive. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful property!

We stayed for only 2 nights, but we wished we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back! The house was very clean and well-maintained. The views of the lake were wonderful, and the owner was very nice and even called to see if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this property!

We had a GREAT vacation week there

The house, grounds, and dock are very nice. The kitchen is the best equipped of any vacation house we have ever rented. There is a grocery store and restaurant conveniently located and the City of Greenwood is a short drive away. We are considering renting it again next Summer.

Wonderful week at the Lake

This is our 6th year staying at this awesome lakehouse. It has everything needed for a relaxing, fun week with family. The large deck, the dock, the comfortable beds, the kitchen that has every tool needed, and the spacious living area are just some of our favorite things about this home on Lake Greenwood.

Awesome Lake House!

Once again the McMurray Family enjoyed our stay on Lake Greenwood! The house easily accommodated our big family, and we were able to celebrate our six summer birthdays together. We really liked the new flooring and enjoyed the new hot tub. This was our 6th summer to stay there, and we have already made reservations for next year!

Great stay

We just spent another great week on Lake Greenwood! We had the whole family there--children and grandchildren--and enjoyed being able to spread out in a house big enough to accommodate all of us, plus a great deck with everything we needed including grill and hot tub. With a dock big enough to accommodate boats and jet skis, we spent most of our time on the water. Can't wait until next year!

Wonderful Vacation

This is our family's fourth year enjoying this beautiful lake house. It accommodates our 16 family members so well and the beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc., the house is extremely clean, and the owner answers any questions with a quick reply. We all love the lake life and hope to stay here for years to come.

Exceptional Stay!

This was our third time staying at the property. It is now our home away from home for the Thanksgiving holiday. The hope is spacious with all of the amenities. Another great week

We just completed another great week on Lake Greenwood at the Bridgepoint House. Three generations having a wonderful time eating, laughing, playing games, and enjoying the water. What wonderful memories we made at a house that really meets our needs. We are already looking forward to being there next year!!!

Lovely place. Great beds. Great view. The correspondence could have been a little better but otherwise no complaints. I think for the price, toilet paper and paper towels could Be provided but been other places that have done the same.

The house is nice, location is great, dock is great, porch area is large with lots of room. The property and house need a little TLC, but nothing major. Communication with Melissa was great. She made sure we had everything we needed. If you are staying with a large group I would recommend bringing extra tp and paper towels, but there is a grocery store really close. We would stay again.

The perfect family getaway!

We rented this house for our annual Thanksgiving reunion. It’s was more than we imagined! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare a wonderful meal. We enjoyed sitting outside on the spacious deck and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. The house is absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. I would highly recommend this home as a vacation getaway on Lake Greenwood.

Wonderful week at the Lake

This is the fifth year we have stayed at this property and it is always a wonderful week. Our family has 17 members that come and go throughout the week and there is always plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are all amazing and the dock and boat ramp are great. We just always hate when our time is over!

Wedding Stay for Family & Friends & Next day Brunch

Our son was married at Enchanted Acres in Greenwood, SC. The Lakefront Estate allowed us to enjoy the company of 16 Family and Friends for the nights extending from the night before the rehearsal & dinner to the Wedding and Brunch the next day. There were 6 bedrooms and 5-1/2 baths which worked well for our party of 16. The Estate has everything you need from a large family room with tables to play games and a well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed cooking burgers and hot dogs on the charcoal grill and my son’s Best Man enjoyed his time fly fishing in the Lake from the property dock. I would highly recommend the Lakefront Estate for any family celebration or event.
