Welcome to this beautiful home away from home right across the street from the Kawkalin river. This peaceful home has everything you need whether you’re here to boat, fish, go to the beach or simply relax. Grill out on the patio while sitting under the lighted gazebo then relax in the hot tub while taking in the sounds of nature.
This home is conveniently located across the street from a public boat launch.
Ample parking - five trucks and trailers welcome

This home fits 8 adults comfortably.

There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a guest room with a full size and the other with a queen. All the bedrooms have TVs.

There is also a full size pull out bed in the sitting room.

All linens, towels, pillows are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all essentials, a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish detergents, coffee.

There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

The house comes with WIFI, games, puzzles and DVD player.

**The house is controlled by Alexa - ask her to turn on the lights - play your favorite band or what the weather is going to be for the day. **

Ample parking for boats and trailers - estimated 5 vehicles with trailers can be parked in the front (parking on the front yard is allowed.)

House is keyless entry & will be provided the code prior to check in!

Entire house and yard is accessible. *No guests allowed in garage or shed.*
Other things to note
- Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
- No smoking - $250 fine
- No parties.
- Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
- Quiet time is 10 pm - 7 am Mon-Thurs and 11 pm - 7 am Fri - Sun/holidays to respect our neighbors and comply with the township's noise ordinance.
