Our very private casita is located behind a big main house ensuring additional privacy from a quiet street that’s a very short walk from two parks(!), public tennis courts(!!), and a public pool (!!!) as well as a historic library in a quiet – and centrally located – neighborhood. This is the perfect space to jet set around town and see all that L.A. has to offer, unwind after business travel, or reset and create in a stylish and peaceful setting.

Our casita — painted Frida Kahlo-blue and Luis Barragán-tangerine — features wares and treasures from our travels to Colombia, Turkey, and Mexico as well as artwork from California artists and local designers. Inside, enjoy a cozy living room (with a comfy pullout couch if needed) and a desk overlooking the lush backyard. There’s a cute kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, Cuisinart coffeemaker and stylish Sowden toaster. The serene bedroom flaunts a walk-in closet and a comfy queen-size bed with soft locally-made linens and towels by Matteo alongside Baja California-crafted furniture and local California artwork. The bathroom is outfitted with a handmade vanity sourced from sequoias from the mountains, and the house features vibrant plants that bring our verdant outdoor oasis inside. There’s also a brand new washer and dryer, and a gas grill outside.




Pluck a guava or pomegranate from our many fruit trees. Get lost in a dream as you recline in a comfy outdoor egg chair. Enjoy dinner under the stars with a large backyard table and gas grill. Or kick back with a beer on the outdoor couch anchored by cool cacti and succulents.
