Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the private patio and all amenities. Self-check-in is available for flexibility, and on-site laundry facilities make extended stays even more convenient.

Walking and biking are the best ways to explore Santa Monica. The home is close to public transit, including Metro stations and bus lines, providing easy access to Venice Beach, Downtown LA, and LAX. Ride-sharing and rental bikes/scooters are also readily available for convenient travel.

A $1,000 damage deposit will be applied to the guest’s account during the stay. Provided no damage is found to the house, furniture, or equipment, the full deposit will be released back to the guest’s account within 5 days after checkout.

1. Please refrain from playing loud music to ensure a peaceful environment. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down.
2. Maintain the unit`s tranquility and cleanliness during your stay.
3. After 10 pm, kindly avoid hosting parties or playing loud music outside to respect the quiet hours and neighborhood peace.
