Enjoy the beautiful coastline as well as all of our on-site amenities. ​ Enjoy sitting on your private balcony, work out in the fitness center or go for a dip in our salt water pool then relax at the gas firepits. Minutes from Electric Boat, CT College, Coast Guard, Mitchell College. Dog allowed.
The space
Lovely fully furnished 1,252 square foot, 2nd floor, 2BR/2BA apartment with living room, kitchen with island seating, 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry room, and patio. Linens, towels, kitchen equipment provided. Featuring a washer/dryer, stainless appliances, granite countertops. Amenities to include, salt water pool, with resort style deck, outdoor kitchen, firepits, clubhouse with fitness center and game room, pickleball courts and dog parks.

Guest will have access to all amenities.
Across the parking lot from the building, we are under construction on 6 more budlings!

The apartment was very clean and modern. Nicely decorated. Washer and dryer are a plus. Neighbors were very quite. The only possible concern for certain renters is the apartment is on the second floor, without an elevator. You will need to be able to carry your luggage of a flight of stairs.

Better than last time but still some cleaning agent smell to apartment and detergent smell to sheets. HVAC from buildings are loud at night. So shut all windows or wear earplugs. Good central location. Can use more paper towels and napkins. Otherwise it is a great option in Waterford as all lodgings have things they can improve on.

Overall the place was excellent! I think for the cleaning price the carpets should be almost spotless. There were some stains in the living room rug and a bleach stain on the rug in the smaller bedroom. There were towels in the dryer when we arrived. We never used the oven but it was pretty dirty inside. Host didn’t always respond right away. Jessica from leasing responded quickly. Thought there was an ironing board and iron but there wasn’t one. Not very sound proof but good for a quick visit. Beds were very comfortable!

Beautiful complex. Very clean. Issue when we checked in which was remedied immediately by owner. Very pleased with quick response and solution. I realize all VRBOs are different, but I am now used to there being shower soap, wrapped travel bars available. There was no soap available for showers, but there were hand soap pumps in the bathrooms. There wee shampoo and conditioner travel kits in the vanity draws, which was helpful. Would stay again!

Hi,Very good place.Just a security noticeyou should put a security notice for the gas fire placeyou have a delay when the flame come in and my wife just have time to back off her face because she tried to check the fire and she jusat have time to back off her face.thanks

This property is brand new, very clean and organized. This is a great place to stay for anyone with environmental sensitivities. We stayed for 4 nights without any issue. Tourist attractions, including a nice, well-kept beach, are all a short drive away. Our hostess was responsive to our questions, and the property manager answered our phone call directly. We would stay here again in the future.

Great stay.

The apartment was very clean and stocked with what we needed. Having the fitneas center was a nice perk too. The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. We would definitely stay here again.

Small hiccup with the door code not working and not having the notmal intro binder, but property manager was quick to help and respond. Things happen and it wasn't a big deal. FYI it's near a train track, but didn't really bother me as I have live nearby them before. Only recommendation is to put up blackout blinds in the bedrooms. Easy enough to get around to nearby towns and beaches. Thanks for a nice stay.

The apartment overall was really nice and comfortable, but some basic essentials were limited or not provided (toilet paper, hand towels, wash clothes, silverware - not enough for 4 people to eat 2 meals without having to wash to replenish, and no baking/cookie sheet. The binder of information which lists important phone numbers to reach out to maintenance staff or property manager was missing. We received two different sets of check-in instructions, which we had to figure out which access codes were the correct ones to get into the building. The first night when we went to go to sleep both beds were missing flat sheets. After searching throughout the apartment we ended up finding these sheets along with other pieces of laundry in the dryer which we ended up folding and putting away in our bedroom closets. We did enjoy using the outdoor grills, salt water pool, clubhouse with workout room and pool/ping pong area. We liked being close to attractions such as Niantic, Mystic, the casinos, and some beaches. Quick response from host (apartment management/rental staff) as they were responsive to answer questions about disposal of garbage, available recycling, and check-out procedure. Overall would stay here again.

Underwhelmed

Pros -The apartment was very nice & clean. Cons - This apartment is located on the second level and you should know that this building did not have an elevator. The hallways were not air conditioned and were very warm in the summer heat which made carrying up luggage & bags very uncomfortable and difficult. The area was certainly not the best outside of the complex and there is a lack of area restaurants that I would go to or recommend. The dog park is really a small fenced in area where your dog can run around in but the grass was very overgrown.Things that could have made a difference - Having an informational packet or binder in the apartment telling us where the nearest grocery store, shopping malls, restaurants, area attractions, hospital, etc. Also information on how to work TVs and or remotes and what channels /stations were available. It would also have been nice if there were playing cards or some games there.Things that were frustrating - Received two different sets of check-in instructions, which we had to figure out which access codes were the correct ones to get into the building. Upon arrival the dryer was running with laundry from the apartment which we ended up having to fold and put away.We appreciated how close we were to some attractions such as Mystic, the casinos, and some beaches, but we're very disappointed overall in the area around us. We ended up leaving 2 days early.

Nice place with a couple issues

The apartment was nice, but the instruction manual was missing as were some basics (toilet paper, hand towels, wash clothes, etc). Still a very good place, but a couple of minor improvements in the setup would make it a great place.

Very nice unit - a few quirks

Overall, this is a very nice, brand new apartment for rent. The location was convenient for us and parking could not be any easier. I will say there is a lot of construction going on around the building as I think other parts of the complex and new buildings are still being constructed. So if you’re planning on being around during the day, prepare for some construction related noise. The apartment is very nice and well furnished. The kitchen seem to have most everything that we needed, but we weren’t really doing a lot of cooking. Overall, I felt pleased with the host (apartment management/rental staff) as they were responsive when several small issues came up (wrong door code provided in check in message, towels couldn’t be found, no toilet paper, garbage situation not clear, etc). The building is definitely new construction because there is a lot of noise between units (music, tv, walking) OK, all right I’m gonna go I’m getting

Great place with plenty of room

really enjoyed this place as a central location to visit nearby relatives. only downside was no elevator & we never have learned to travel light.. That being said, the stairways were wide, well lite, and likely no trouble for someone a bit younger/stronger. Overall, would recommend for family or two couples.
