Everything as expected. Beds were comfy. Plenty of very nice linenes and host provided lots of paper products. AC was very loud in the one bedroom which kept me up all night. Found only one small fry pan and pot. Enough for eggs but can't really cook meal. House was clean and modern. Having coffee on the back deck was very nice.

This was certainly not a luxury property. We would call it adequate. The kitchen was barely adequate, but the dishwasher didn’t work. We discovered it didn’t work when we saw a handwritten note taped to the washing machine in the laundry area! The exterior of the property was a mess. The deck needed repair and staining. The landscaping needed help!The interior was clean and basic.

Clean and comfortable home

Great stay while in town for a conference. The home was clean and nicely updated. There were plenty of towels provided, and even some toiletries available, which was a nice touch.My only real complaint was the lack of useful items in the kitchen. Specifically, there were no sharp knives—only butter knives in the drawers—and just one frying pan and one pot. This was a bit of a nuisance, as we chose this home over a hotel specifically to have access to a full kitchen.One other (more personal) issue: the bedroom setup was a bit odd. There are two bedrooms upstairs, and the smaller room had the king-size bed, while the larger bedroom had what appeared to be a double bed. Since we were traveling with our infant and mother-in-law, my husband and I wanted the larger bed, but placing our travel crib in the smaller room made things feel very tight. That said, I recognize this wouldn’t be a concern for most guests without a similar setup.Overall, a comfortable and well-maintained place to stay! Despite the couple inconveniences, we would stay again.

Inexperienced Host

Not enough cooking utensils pots and pans and no knives. Rules say to eat ONLY on dining area But there is only a bar like table with two barstools. This is supposed to accommodate 4 people? There was a dryer yet no washer. Host did no know how to add days to my booking, or so he said, wanted me to re book. Right, more cleaning fees etc. 1 sofa for 3, thank god we werent 4.

Very Disappointing

Don’t stay at this dump! The outside appearance of the house was run-down and dilapidated. The house has 2 separate units, but don’t go to the front door because there is no door knob and and the screen door is falling apart. You have to go in through the side… Inside the first floor reeked of cigarette smoke. The kitchen was dingy and dirty. It looked like a super cheap effort to set up a rental property. The exposed wires hanging from the wall in the living room, some weird thing poking out over the stove and lack of smoke detector on the first floor made me feel it was not safe to stay there. My daughters and I ended up staying at a local hotel. We were only planning to stay one night since I was only up to visit my daughter at a nearby college, but there was no way I would stay there with my kids. The property owner did not give me any money back and was completely unhelpful. He repeatedly said it’s fine and actually said the smell of cigarette smoke was the scent of cleaning products. Like, really?? Give me a break. Marketing this dump as a new, luxury property is a joke. Buyer beware because even after calling VRBO several times, I am still awaiting a response beyond, “I’m sorry.” Very disappointed in VRBO and they should do much better. I sent photos of the exposed wires on the wall, so I am owed money back. The owner even kept the cleaning fee even though I didn’t stay there more than 15 minutes or so. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay!

Beautiful Home close to the highway and airport

When I walked in, it was extremely clean! The Owner provided welcoming snacks. The bed was comfortable and the house was excellent for my trip!! I plan to book here again next year!

Very Nice Apartment

My husband and I stayed overnight with another couple after we had gone to a concert. They were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early so we could meet there and consolidate to one vehicle to go to the venue. We all felt it was very clean, updated and comfortable. Would especially recommend to anyone with an early or late flight as it is right next to the airport and much nicer than staying at a hotel!
