We offer a great furnished and affordable option in our well-taken care of 4-plex building!

The Space:
As you enter the house, you will notice the spacious feel of the open floor plan with the kitchen and living area downstairs, along with a powder room. The three bedrooms are all upstairs, with the master featuring a private full bathroom and the other two bedrooms sharing a full bathroom. Both of the bathrooms feature a shower/tub combo, so please be advised that no walk-in shower is available. Please note that the age limit for this property is 21 years old and above.
Please enjoy the outdoor space at your leisure with your pets, but please note that every other Monday/Tuesday we have lawn care and would appreciate it if you secure your pets during that time.

Guest Access:
The building is a fourplex. All four units feature entry on the main floor with no exterior steps. Two parking spaces are available per unit, with markings indicating which spaces correspond to which unit. If you need to park more than two vehicles, free street parking is available.

Other Things to Note:
The home is less than 500 yards from Geneva Park, which features lots of open space and a wonderful playground for kids. It is less than a mile from Southwestern University, and less than two miles from Georgetown Square. There are lots of quaint shops and restaurants to explore in that direction!

Note that all three bedrooms are upstairs, and there are no walk-in showers (both full bathrooms are upstairs and feature a tub/shower combo).
