With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and all the comforts of home, this property offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Traveling with a larger group? Rent Finisterre, the other side of the duplex, for even more space and fun!
When you arrive, you’ll find plenty of parking under the house or on the paved driveway—ideal for storing beach gear, kayaks, and canoes. A short flight of stairs leads to the main living level, where an open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for meal prep and entertaining, with ample storage for groceries and snacks. Pull up a chair at the breakfast bar or gather around the dining table for family meals.

The living room offers comfortable seating and ocean views. Step through the sliding glass doors to your private deck, the perfect spot for soaking up the sun or enjoying a Topsail sunset. From here, you can watch the waves and keep an eye on guests returning from the beach access just across the street.
On this level, you’ll also find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub—ideal for relaxing after a day of swimming and surfing. A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is conveniently located nearby.
