Welcome to our luxurious top floor condo at Villas De Oro in Palmilla. Your stay includes a complimentary concierge /pre-stock service - Our concierge will book your transportation, activities and restaurant reservations, as well as pre- stock the kitchen so you don’t waste time at the grocery store. (groceries not included)The Dunes Club is NOT affiliated with Palmilla Golf. Villa 205 nightly rate does NOT include golf fees . Please read entire property description for Dunes facilities offering.Pamilla Golf is a public course and you can book your tee times online. There are several public golf courses in the area, which your concierge can help with bookings.

Villas de Oro community is located on inland side of highway. The 6 seater golf cart is yours to use during your stay . Palmilla Beach is just a short 5 minute drive. The Dunes Club and Shops at Palmilla are just around the corner. Beach chairs/towels and cooler are provided.


This spacious condo has loads of privacy and light with high end furnishings .Three bedrooms with en-suite baths plus a powder room and blackout curtains for restful nights. The fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and dining area for six provide all the comforts of home.

Everything was perfect! Alin was so nice, accommodating and welcoming from beginning to the end. It was so clean and perfect for our family of 5. The bonus amenities of using the club and golf cart really were exceptional. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is an amazing property that is well appointed with fabulous amenities. We really appreciated the golf cart and club access. Such a great stay at a beautiful place.

Great stay

House is a great layout. Patio is nice and fun to watch folks teeing off on the 18th hole. Alin was great to communicate with and gave us lots of tips. We went to la comer on the way in for groceries but we had a rental car. The golf cart is so nice to use to the pool/gym/beach. The grocery store there is very expensive so if you plan to cook you’ll want to stop elsewhere. Kitchen was very well equipped. Overall great stay.

Amazing Stay!!

We had a large group of guys and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The place was spotless, the golf course view was perfect and the neighborhood was absolutely beautiful. Alin was amazing and provided us with everything we needed. We even showed up to the wrong place and she packed us all into her car and drove us to the correct location. Thank you Alin!

Quiet Getaway

This property is beautiful and peaceful. Very quiet and private. The wrap around balcony for sunrise coffee and sunset dinners are beautiful. Less than 5 min golf cart ride to the beautiful pamilla beach which is very swimmableI would definitely return to this property .

Great place in Palmilla!

Family Time

The condo is gorgeous. Just as pictured, beautifully furnished and fully equipped. I would give more than 5 stars if that was possible. We are a family of four adults and two children ages 2 and 4. There was ample room for everyone and even toys for the children to enjoy. We had a great time riding in the golf cart to the club and the One and Only for dining. The concierge was lovely and very helpful.

All the comforts of home

This villa was beautiful. It was clean, new and we had everything we needed for a few days in paradise (including the use of a golf cart). Communication before our stay was fantastic. It is also close the La Palmilla Club, which was a nice perk as well. Great property!

Wonderful holiday vacation

Our family of 5 stayed for 6 nights right before Christmas. The condo was decorated beautifully to celebrate the holiday season. Everything from communication with the concierge to the decor and cleanliness of the condo was wonderful. We really enjoyed the location of the condo along with the golf cart!

Fantastic Stay

What a great property. Love the location and the cleanliness. Property manager Alina was incredible. She went above and beyond and even buying groceries for us before our arrival. Use of the golf cart was great so we did not need the car all the time. Love, love, love.

Cabo condo

It’s a very nice apartment in a fairly convenient area well located for golf and reasonably located for the beach. Note that the beach past the One and Only is absolutely beautiful and much nicer than Palmilla Beach. It’s easiest to access (with the golf cart) by going through the residential development next to the One and Only.

Amazing

This property is wonderful and perfect for a family vacation. It would also be great for 3 couples. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable. The living spaces were perfect for family time watching tv, and the patio space was so large everyone wanted to relax outside. Alin, our host, was the best. She handled all of the shopping prior to arrival. She also set up transportation and reservations. Alin was available to answer questions throughout our stay. Lastly, the golf cart was so convenient to drive to restaurants, the market and the pool area. Overall, I would highly recommended this condo.

Amazing

Our staying was perfect. From the very punctual arrival from airport to condo, everything organized by the concierge, the condominium super clean and all the required prestock list already ready for our arrival. Beautifully decorated, with very good taste, spacious space, very comfortable rooms, beds, bedding, towels, robes, amenities, all top-notch. the extras make a perfect complement, the golf cart to go and enjoy the palmilla beach and the club at dunes was fabulous. Super recommended, we can't wait to return.

Amazing!

We had an excellent stay at Villas de Oro. Beautiful condo, on the top floor, corner unit with a very large wrap around patio. We loved sitting outside for coffee and breakfast every morning before jumping in the golf cart and hitting the beach. Alin was wonderful to work with, very kind and had great tips to fully enjoy the area, she was amazing. The unit is fully stocked with everything you need. There is a small market nearby for essentials or a large grocery store 3 minutes away via uber. We are counting down the days to go back.

Fantastic place

We stayed for one month, in what was a very updated comfortable home. When we arrived we were pleased with the cleanliness of the properties. One of the many stand out was the beds and linens they were 5 star. The whole condo is done very tastefully and truthful in it description The availability of the concierge’s made our stay so much more pleasurable. One day we jokingly mentioned the beds were so high we had to get a running start to jump in. With in a half hour there’s a knock on our door, and Alin our concierge, was there with three stools. We highly recommend this property.

All the details you can expect were there!

Everything from the linens to the cutlery to the lamps by the outdoor tables was there. YOU DON'T NEED TO BRING ANYTHING! The quality of items was beyond what we expected. It's a peaceful, beautiful location that I once shared with my late husband, and it was a pleasure to go back in much better circumstances and share with great friends. Alin, the concierge went above and beyond for us, even though we may not have needed it because I have a lot of connections, but it was wonderful to have access to a service that I don't normally enjoy! The ONLY criticism I have is the showers. For all of us, that was our only issue: not having a warm shower for the days we were there.

Can’t wait to return!

Our stay here was wonderful! This place is impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen had everything we could need and the concierge even pre stocked the fridge with our selected groceries before we arrived. We ate most of our meals out on the terrace where we could enjoy the mountain views and sunsets. Each bedroom felt private with it’s own bathroom and outdoor space. The beds were very comfortable and the linens felt luxurious. The golf cart provided was a nice bonus that we used every single day. We drove it out to lunch, the market, the beach, and to the Palmilla Dunes Club. The Club was beautiful and it was so nice to have access to it throughout our stay. The concierge, Alin, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. She took care of every arrangement and recommendation, making our vacation seamless and stress free. This place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return next year.

The condominium is a wonderful place to stay. We loved working with Alin, the concierge and property manager. From the minute we rented the condominium, we felt like we were being taken care by someone special. Alin is on top of everything. From dinner reservations to groceries to car services, Alin was available and so very helpful and kind. It was a relief to have our groceries unpacked and put away upon arrival in the well-appointed kitchen. All of the condominium furniture is beautiful and very clean. I felt like I was at home, however with Mexican decor. Beautiful artwork is installed throughout the condominium providing a lovely nod to Mexico. Sunshine flows in doors from the wrap-around, second-floor patio. The lighting is lovely in the condominium. I also liked that the sliding-glass doors all had screens. We sat outside on the patio to enjoy tea, coffee, brunch, cocktails, our books and needlepoint. I also appreciated having midweek cleaning services. The ladies were lovely. Each well-sized bedroom has an en suite bathroom, which are all equally as nice. Another lovely amenity is a six-person golf cart; we enjoyed going to the Shoppes of Palmilla, pool and beach with ease. It was also nice to have beach chairs (4) and multiple umbrellas. I have zero complaints about this beautiful home in Mexico and will think of our family’s time there as very special. Gracias!
