Frente al mar Penthouse- pasos de la playa, alquiler de lujo

Ático de lujo situado en la playa de surf preciada llama Costa Azul en San José del Cabo. Este ático tiene todas las actualizaciones y todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones maravillosas. El condominio cuenta con 180 puntos de vista de la construcción de un quinto piso con grandes cantidades de espacio de terraza privada. El ático tiene tres bedooms king size completos diseñados para dar cabida a un grupo más grande o tres parejas con cada uno conseguir una suite principal.
La cocina está totalmente equipada y el comedor para el entretenimiento y permite cocinar en casa.
Mykonos Bay cuenta con una nueva zona de jardín, piscinas climatizadas, jacuzzis compartida, pistas de tenis, gimnasio, aparcamiento, y está a sólo tres minutos de la tienda de comestibles.

Great penthouse unit with great views and lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Well stocked condo and chairs, umbrellas etc for the beach. We enjoyed early morning pickleball and the gym most days!

Perfect family spring break

I cannot recommend this property and owner more. The condo was perfect. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment. The balcony itself was amazing. The owner was responsive and helpful. We will definitely look to come back.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay, the condo and the views are amazing. The resort is very well maintained with beautiful landscaping. The main pool and adult pool/hot tub were heated for comfortable swimming in February. Carlene the host was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great place, wonderful location.

We had a great time. Caught a bunch of fish. Saw whales from the Condo, the beach and the boat. Great experiences. Suggest you have a check out guide. The Condo was clean and comfortable. Kitchen nicely furnished for cooking the fish we caught. Thanks for letting us experience it.

Just as advertised

Carlene’s place was perfect for our friends’ get away. Clean, safe, well located with proximity to all the restaurants we wanted to visit in downtown San Jose. The pool, 2 hot tubs, and beach right there meant we did not have go far to relax. Carlene was incredibly responsive during our stay which was both helpful and reassuring. Thank you for a great weekend getaway!

Best VRBO experience ever!

Not only was this place amazing, but Carlene’s communication made the experience second to none. The place was spacious and clean, had a great view, was steps from the beach, and was very well-equipped (kitchen things, beach chairs, umbrellas). Carlene was sooo responsive and helpful when we needed anything (we didn’t need any help with the property because it was all great..more so for local recommendations). We will definitely be returning.

Amazing views and incredible access to the beach!

What a spot! We were so pleased so get to wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise over the beach and ocean, and the home is quite big and could fit more than one family in it. The pools at the property are great, as is the very easy access to the beach (just a few steps away from the adult pool). Our family had a wonderful vacation and we may even try to come back and book again in the future.

Fantastic

What an amazing place to stay. We have stayed numerous times at Mykonos Bay in a different condo and we love it! This year we brought my mother in law and my sister and the accommodations were perfect. The host was super easy to get in touch with and they even welcomed us with chips, guacamole, salsa and cerveza! What an unexpected treat!

Awesome condo

Loved the space as well as the outdoor patio facing the beach. The pool area was very nice. The property owners were very helpful and quick to respond. Outdoor furniture could use some updating and the owner has said they are doing some upgrades this summer. We would highly recommend and would stay again

Should keep this a secret

We have been to Cabo many times and have stayed at a variety of locations; homes, hotels, and condos. This is our favorite spot. Location is perfect for enjoying the night life in San Lucas, strolling through old San Jose, and getting to beaches for sun and swim. The condo feels like a home and provides plenty of space for a large family. Carlene and Omar are quick to respond to any questions or concerns and Mykonos is filled with friendly people.

Perfect private oasis

The beautiful penthouse is spacious and clean with gorgeous views of the country and beach at every angle. My favorite things were the wrap around patio, cooking in the equipped kitchen and the washer/dryer. The master bedroom is something….I personally preferred to sleep in the much smaller side room off the balcony. While the two teens took the other larger first floor bedroom and en-suite . Our host and their staff were impeccable with quick responses to our every need. Mykonos is a gated community where friendly staff are on guard at the entrance to resort and the beaches. The Mykonos Bay Resort serves many snow birds so it is very quiet at night. This property is best for families and mature adults. If you play music, even smooth jazz at a low decibel, at the pool there’s that one lady who calls to complain (there is always one). Otherwise the neighbors were welcoming. The beach is beautiful. Surfers entertained us daily. Do NOT leave anything on the beach unattended. I left my plastic Birkenstocks midway in the sand and 20 mins later (I went walking ) they were gone! I could believe it. They were high enough up the beach to not be swept into the water. Someone took my shoes.!?!? This location is not close to town so if you want to explore it is best to rent a car. We used Avis at the local La Comer as renting directly from the airport can be a nightmare. I took to the Mexican way of driving easily (so my husband says). We lovingly named it the wild wild west. We plan on returning with a few couple friends. I can’t wait!

Perfect retreat

We had a fantastic time staying in Carlene’s beautiful condo. The condo has an amazing views, is spacious and located conveniently for all activities, restaurants and grocery stores.

Perfect family getaway

This was our first time in Cabo and we couldn't have been happier with our rental. Even before we left, Carlene was available to answer my plethora of questions from airport transportation, to COVID testing sites, to best places to eat. The condo had everything we needed and more for our week in paradise. This was our first vacation with my both my kids in ages and there was plenty of room and then some for the group. Beautiful master suite with larges doors that opened out directly to an ocean view. A small table to sit outside and enjoy the coffee. We will definitely be back to visit!

Wonderful Location

Beautiful location, great property. A little old. Hot water issues, ice maker, A/C problematic as well. Overall very nice. Mykonos is an excellent complex.

Last Trip of the Summer

We had a wonderful time. Spent our days fishing, surfing and enjoying the pool and beach. Great restaurants near by. The home and property grounds are very nice. Would highly recommend this property.

Quiet and Prestine

Had a terrific time at this property. Stayed for 3 weeks. The grounds were very well maintained, staff super friendly and poolside was quiet. Fantastic views in the morning of the sunrise, each room has its own balcony. Ocean is steps away and the owner was super responsive as needs arose. Omar greeted us onsite and check process was as easy going as our entire stay. We will be back soon.

Beautiful view of the ocean and crashing waves and the sun rise. Penthouse feels like home; roomy, bright and comfortable. Met some of the neighbors at the pool. Both renters and owners are vey happy with their community. Can't wait to go back.
