BOTH BEDROOMS GULF FRONT!

Our vacation rental sleeps 8 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed in the living area. Living room has a cable TV. Both bedrooms also have cable TVs.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar which seats 3. The kitchen includes all stainless steel major appliances including microwave and dishwasher, also included dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and para-sail activities.

Parking fee is $20.00+tax, per stay, per vehicle, which is included in the reservation.

We had an amazing week-long stay at this beachfront condo, and it was everything our family needed and more. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand with the most stunning ocean views right from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was pure magic.The condo was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with all the amenities we could ask for. The kitchen was well-stocked for family meals, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax after a day at the beach.The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish, making sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and relaxing stay.We made so many special memories here—sunsets on the beach, morning coffee on the balcony, and just soaking up the peace and beauty of the ocean. We’re already talking about coming back next year. Highly recommend!

Quick Getaway

Property is beautiful. Tastefully decorated. All of the amenities you will need for the week are here. The condo was nice and clean and they had the AC on for us when we walked in the door. The best part is the view from your balcony. We will be back for sure.

Lovely Condo in Great Location

This was a lovely condo on the beach, with nice amenities and beautiful decor. Beds were very comfortable and the balcony was a nice size. Overall, our stay was great (though we did have problems with the door lock not “taking” and a loud screeching sound every so often that sounded pipe-related).

The view from each room was amazing! This condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The management was very friendly and accessible. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this condo unit.

Spring get away

Loved the stay! 6th floor was perfect. Beautiful view. The elevators were great. No wait time. Nice end of the beach for a good family vacation. Beds were comfortable. Could have used a pantry or cabinet space for food items instead of just setting everything out on the counter.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is in a great location for a great price. Had a little issue when booking. The original unit that we booked was removed because it was incorrectly priced. However, after about 3 weeks of searching management was able to provide us this unit at our original booked price.

Beautiful Relaxation

The condo is very nice and the location is great. The furniture inside and out is great. Having said that some improvements would make the condo much nicer. All of the kitchen appliances need updating. The bathrooms need new shower heads to optimize the water pressure. The outside doorknob needs to be replaced on the master door. And we were not able to use the sliding glass door in the living room because it was too hard to open and close. Overall the condo was nice and we would stay again but for the price these issues need to be addressed.

It was a ok stay.

We had problems finding the correct building. There is 4 towers. The address I was given leads to tower 1, which is where the security guard told us. Turns out we were in tower 4, which also had a different address on the building. We saw several people checking in with this same problem. So ask which tower if your using these condos. Also there Isn’t enough parking. We requested two parking passes, but only wind up using one. But had problems finding parking in the evening and was told by the security guard to park down the street in public parking if we couldn’t find a space. Which was blocks away. And it’s almost impossible to find luggage carts here. We had to make several trips each time. THE CONS: The white couch in living room was very dirty. The beds were not that comfortable. The refrigerator needs to be replaced so bad. The freezer door was hard to shut and there was water leaking. And a lot of the kitchen supply’s need to be replaced. Some had rust and others looked well used. There were crumbs in a lot of the drawers and silverware holder. You will wanna wear your shoes at all times. Overall cleanliness could of been a lot better. A broom would of been useful. They did have a dust pan and a duster broom available. Also the grass dust ruffle in 2nd br had my mother in law tripping over it. It was ripped and was just shoved under the mattress. Hair and dust all in the bathroom drawers The PROS: Loved the decor. Patio furnishings were nice. Pools were nice as well.
