We loved the ocean view in both bedroom going out to the large balcony. We enjoyed nightly walks shopping & close restaurants.

I am glad you asked.Called for an early check in for 3:00pm. The person I talked to was going to,charge for a one hour check in. Got into the room, there was water in the kitchen floor, and sand all in my bathroom floor, and bathtube. You need to replace the ice trays, due to them having holes in them. Other than that , the stay was great.

Overall we loved the condo. Being on the top floor has the best view of the ocean. The balcony was comfortable for me and my whole family to relax on. The beds were super comfortable. Most of the condo was pretty clean except the guest bathtub was dusty feeling. Also the water in the guest bathroom shower only had cold or scalding hot water, there was no in between. The jets in the master bath did not work. There was construction going on at the resort so there was only 1 working elevator the entire stay. The drilling of the construction woke us up a couple mornings but it didn't last long. The vacuum in the unit didn't work. Other than that, we had an amazing time. Would book again.

I contacted the host via email on the 19th stating my concerns and never received a reply. As per the email the master bedroom bed was shaky and was off of the braces underneath. I also spotted a crack in the frame. (I have pictures). Not to mention the mold all over the shower curtain. I did not use the master suite and kept it closed while i was there. The rest of the place needs a good cleaning. I cleaned what i had to use myself. I guarantee it looked better when i left than arrived. Now lets get to another BIG problem. It was posted several places to keep the doors shut or the air goes off. What air?? It stayed in the 80s in there. The only time i was comfortable was when i opened the bedroom door at night so i could sleep. As stated in my email i loved the layout and the view but the rest needs major attention! I have pictures and videos of everything i have discussed if needed. I didnt want to leave a bad review but your host should have contacted me.

There was a group of people right below us blaring music, laughing and smoking so much weed. I reported it to Emerald Coast and guards. They did nothing. We actually left a day early because of lack of sleep from their noise. The marijuana smell came through the walls and our condo smelled like it. We do not smoke weed, so I am hoping you understand. We will never come back to this resort because rules are posted but not enforced. Very disappointing ! i know it’s not the owners fault but it affects you as owners if along Beach is no longer family friendly anymore. We have been to this resort at least 4 times and i have never experienced any issues

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is on the top floor, but lacking the true Penthouse feel. Furniture is dated and worn. It says it will sleep 8, but they only had 5 dinner plates, one dishcloth and dishtowel, no blender and the stove took FOREVER to heat up. Overall, we had a great vacation, but we have stayed in other units at the same property that were better equipped. Small improvements could make a huge difference.

Mixed bag - some good, some bad

We had stayed in this same building five years ago. The location is very good, with shopping and restaurants nearby. The view is great. The large balcony directly overlooks the beach and the Gulf. On the downside, the floors were VERY dirty. They probably had been vacuumed, but they need to be mopped with water with detergent in it. The vacuum cleaner in the unit was broken and would not pick up anything. The pots and pans in the kitchen were adequate, but the number of plates, bowls, and flatware were very limited. There were no condiments at all - not even salt. But overall we had a nice stay.

Nice Condo but this company's fees double the per-night price

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a nice property. We're used to staying further west in PCB but this time of year the location was great. The condo was spacious and clean and the balcony was large and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting out there reading during our down time. The bed in the master was also very comfortable, we slept quite well. The only downside were the fees from this rental company, they literally doubled the per-night price. There was a $53 "convenience fee", a $99 reservation fee, an $89 damage waiver, $40 for parking and $235 for "housekeeping." We get a two story, four bedroom house cleaned for less than that.All-in-all a good experience but I'd think twice before using this company again because of all the fees (these were in addition to the VRBO fee, BTW).

Wonderful Beach Location !

Slept great to sounds of the surf! .King bed supremely comfortable.Large balcony with shade and breeze which we used more than the living area. Spacious accommodations and bedrooms/baths on opposite ends which was great for parents and advantage of 14th floor (top) there was no noise overhead.The trash chute by the elevators were convenient.Cons: The major issue was the ceiling tiles were starting to fall in the foyer and completely missing in the laundry.A minor inconvenience was the lack of a spatula and sheet pans needed to be replaced.Use caution going out balcony door due to high frame.Floors needed a thorough mopping especially the laundry room.Definitely would stay there again!

Infested with Roaches

Let me start by saying I booked this property because where I usually take my family was impacted by hurricane Helene. Looking at the pictures the property appeared nice, clean, and in a great location. After I booked the property I read the most recent review where a customer stated the property was infested with roaches. This was a huge concern for myself as it would be for anyone but especially since I have a daughter with asthma and an 8 month old son who crawls. I wrote into the host Johnathan and expressed my concerns with the recent review and I was re assured this was not going to be an issues. It took all of one day for the roaches to come out. We delt with roaches the entire week of our stay, I contacted the host on multiple occasions and was given very generic responses and I even asked at one time to be moved to a different room and was told in a round way no. I went and bought Raid myself and sprayed for the roaches because it took the host three days to get someone to the condo to “spray” for the roaches. What should have been a relaxing vacation for my family was far from it, we constantly where on edge scanning the floors, walls, counters, checking our suite cases, checking our food and drinks on the counter for roaches. This was the worst condo I have ever stayed in and I will never rent from this company agian, they knew the condo had roaches and still rented the property to my family. DO NOT recommend the condo or company.

Roach problem in condo

After checking in at 4:30p on Wed. a pest control guy came to the room and he did something in the laundry area. We didnt think much of it so we got ready for dinner and then came back and went to bed. Thursday we noticed a few dead roaches and thought they were water bugs. Friday we were out at the pool most of the day but once we came back we noticed roaches all in the kitchen floor on the counter and all in the laundry room. It was too late for me to call the rental place so i called Saturday and explained everything and she said i shouldve called sooner but we werent in the room most of the time to notice the roach problem. She said it would be "taken care" of but never apologized for us having to deal with this issue while on vacation we paid a lot of money for. We shouldnt have to be worried about taking roaches home in our stuff! Saturday night we came back from being gone most of the day and when we cut the lights on there were SO MANY roaches all over the floor! We looked through the cabinets and there were roaches under the cabinets and on some of the dishes. Also, in our bathroom there was a roach killer bait so the company/owners cant make it out like they didnt know about having a roach problem before we called and complained about it! We have photos/videos of it all. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo with an amazing view—we truly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the flooring. It didn’t seem like it had been mopped in quite some time. Our feet would turn black within minutes of walking around, so we found ourselves constantly washing them throughout the day.
