Gulf View CASA EN CABO SAN BLAS


Desembarco del Rey, un dormitorio 5, casa de nueva construcción (2013) que espera a los inquilinos para disfrutar y volver a año tras año. Esta casa tiene una fresca, nueva sienten a la misma y los propietarios han intentado dar cuenta de todo lo que un inquilino puede ser que necesite para disfrutar de su estancia.


El área abierta del garaje ofrece espacio ampliamente durante muchos coches para aparcar. También hay un área de almacenamiento para los inquilinos para almacenar sus sillas de playa, sombrillas, neveras zona de la piscina es accesible desde la zona de garaje también. La zona de la piscina está cercado con mesas y sillas para relajarse. También hay una parrilla de gas prevista en la zona de la piscina de la casa.


En el primer piso de la casa se encuentra: una habitación de matrimonio con un baño completo y acceso privado a la terraza con vista al golfo. Un dormitorio de matrimonio con un cuarto de baño (ducha) y acceso a la cubierta con vista al golfo. Una sala de literas con 2 juegos de literas y otro dormitorio de la reina. Hay otro baño completo y acceso a la cubierta de vista de la bahía.


El segundo piso de Desembarco del Rey tiene sus áreas de cocina / estar / comedor. Hay unas vistas increíbles !! También hay otro dormitorio de matrimonio con un baño completo junto a la cocina. Esta habitación tiene vistas de St. Bahía de José.


Esta casa cuenta con conexión Wi / Fi y de larga distancia. Hay televisores en cada habitación y un montón de espacio para todos a comer. La mesa de comedor tiene capacidad para 8, hay una zona de bar con capacidad para 4 y una mesa fuera en la terraza con capacidad para 4. También hay 2 mecedoras maravillosos en la cubierta superior para relajarse y ver las magníficas puestas de sol. Esperamos que usted venga a visitar esta casa. Nice Property, in need of updates / improvements

The elevator was extremely nice, we had in laws who would have had a difficult time going up the 3 flights of stairs. The home was big enough to accommodate our family of 7, and our dog.The management company was great. They were very responsive. There was a problem with the a/c that occurred. The temp reached 80 degrees. They were able to fix it the following day, however, we did have to endure the heat for an evening & overnight.Even though the photos showed televisions in every room, the only tv with streaming capabilities was in the main living area. No other televisions were able to be utilized. All televisions were outdated. The home is beautiful, however, it is clear the owners are not making needed capital improvements on their property.The pool was great to have, however, the area surrounding the pool needs updates. Weeds around the pool, tiles had fallen off and were stacked in the back area.We enjoyed several restaurants in Port St Joe. We also traveled to Apalachicola and St George Island. We absolutely loved this area of Florida. And we loved that it was not overcrowded.Overall, we enjoyed coming to Cape San Blas. We would probably search for a more updated property if we were to return.

Perfect Size and great Location

The grandkids were able to ride their bikes to get ice cream. I dealt with Brittany from Coastal Joe and she was very professional and helpful. We only had a couple of problems with things (i.e. tv, loose rails on pool) and they were addressed quickly and professionally.

It definitely needs some updating for the price we paid for the week. It seems as though they have let some details go to the wayside within the home. The house was clean and ready for us though!When we did have to call maintenance they were wonderful with responding, especially Carl whom came after hours when the AC quit working on the bedrooms floor.

Great having the elevator to send all the supplies up. My husband has a hard time with stairs so he really appreciated the elevator too. The air conditioning on the top level ran all the time but couldn’t cool the house with all the sun that came in. 2nd level stayed nice and cool. All in all it was a great house and I would stay there again.

Fantastic Quiet Getaway

We were seeking a beach that would be quiet, and the location was perfect. The beach access was directly across the street, making getting down to the beach a breeze. The street is quiet and there are several undeveloped lots, meaning the beach was never crowded and there weren't other beach goers within 30 feet of us. The house stairs were intimidating at first, but we found we didn't use the elevator all week. The sunsets were fantastic from the porch. The kitchen was well stocked including an instapot and a crockpot. We enjoyed walking to the Trading Post and to St. Joe Shrimp Co for delicious steamed seafood. We would definitely like to return.

We had 3 generations staying there and there was ample room and the elevator was great for accessibility. Coastal Joe's was very friendly and helpful. The only negative was the unit had not been cleaned very well.

Disappointing

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although not directly on beach, this home had easy access and we could see the ocean. The living and dining area and the bathroom were nice and we really enjoyed the screened in porch. The kitchen was well stocked although some cookware was dirty. Cleaning could have been more thorough. Now for the not so good part. We had roaches, which we reported and an exterminator came. One of the gates to the pool was broken and I called and it was repaired that day. What was very disappointing was that we had an awful odor in the refrigerator, which I also reported. I was told that all that could be done for this was to give us baking soda. We got two boxes, but the odor was still there, all week long. We brought our boat and the incline of the driveway to the house caused the boat to drag, which also happened with a van.

Since one member of our family relies on her wheelchair to be mobile, the elevator made our family beach trip possible at King's Landing. The house was very clean, but there were bugs in the kitchen drawers. If they could resolve that, this home would be exceptional.

These people are very professional and are class acts.Homes are very well kept. Kings Landing has been our favorite so far. The top floor balcony is screened in and bug free. The sunsets are incredible. You can hear the waves splashing and have great view of the Gulf of Mexico although your not directly on the beach. The acess. to the beach is very close and convenient.Highly recommend the whole package!! We will be back again next year!!

There were 5 adults and 5 children in our group, and it housed us comfortably. The AC was powerful and appreciated when temps went to 100. The pool was nicely shaded around 4 and the kids and I had lots of fun there. The beach itself is gorgeous and just across the street. Coastal Joes was excellent and responsive. Excellent house!
