DETAILS: A spectacular Cape San Blas vacation awaits you at The Sandy Seahorse, a luxuriously decorated, 5-bedroom, 4-bath house in the sought after Seagrass Community— just steps from the beach. Complete with a private pool, fire pit, and hot tub this home is ideal for any family getaway.
The very well-equipped chef's kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, including a wine chiller, and plenty of space for meal prep. Guests can enjoy meals at the table seating eight, which is adjacent to the kitchen and showcases ocean viewing, or sit along the expansive Island for additional seating.
The living room is located off the dining area. It comes replete with two cozy couches, an armchair, and flatscreen TV above the gas fireplace.
The house is situated as such that it showcases the ocean from most rooms. The abundance of ocean views continues from multiple deck options including the top deck that stuns with clear views of both the Gulf and Bay.
After a day spent enjoying the sun, playing in the Gulf, or in the private pool and hot tub, guests can get some needed rest in one of the five comfortable and spacious bedrooms:
The second level features three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with spacious en-suite bathroom featuring double vanities and step-in shower. It also has private access to the screened in balcony on the second floor. The second bedroom on this level has a queen-sized bed. It shares a bathroom, featuring a shower over tub, with the third bedroom. The third bedroom has two bunk beds, one a twin over twin bunk and the other a full-sized over queen bunk.
The fourth bedroom is conveniently hidden away behind the kitchen and living room area on the third floor. It features a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and step-in shower.
Secluded on the fourth floor is a spacious bedroom suite featuring a king-sized bed with flatscreen TV and a walk-in closet. The large en-suite bathroom includes double vanities, an enormous step-in shower with double shower heads and soaker tub.

*We are happy to welcome up to 2 dogs, not to exceed the weight limit of 25lbs, for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $250, plus tax.
*This home is located in the Seagrass gated community. There are rules which prohibit trailers/boats from being in plain sight within the community. All boats/trailers must be kept in the garage or parked elsewhere. Garage doors are standard size and only a small boat will be able to fit past the doors. RV’s are not allowed in this neighborhood.
*Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way
*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and management fines.
