Nice property; great staff

Enjoyed our stay at the property. The house is nice and well maintained. The staff was very helpful and a pleasure to have around. The cooked food was delicious. I needed a villa for 8 private rooms for a work retreat. This fit the bill. Also, the Punta Cana Resort is great all around. The beaches weren’t dazzling but the golf was great

Great House for our Group

We were a group of 11 friends that was looking for a relaxing stay. The house and location couldn't have been better. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well maintained. Frank, the butler, was the best! He made the best drinks whenever we asked. We had 3 meals a day and Jessica, the chef, prepared meals that exceeded our expectations. Jesus helped us decide on excursions, helped schedule them and prepared our transportation. We would highly recommend this house and we would definitely return.

Beautiful property

Our family vacation with seventeen in total went without an any trouble. The staff were so nice. They almost became part of the family. The chef cooked for us every morning and night and was terrific. Frank had all the kids laughing all day and made sure we needed for nothing. Jesus made sure all of our activities went smoothly. Would highly recommend and would do this again

JUST DO IT !!

This is are 3rd stay here and have already booked our 4th for next year ! The house is amazing and the staff even better ! it's always easy to do business with Tatiana, Diana and Jesus. Antonio, Frank, Jessica, Johana and Nina are always the perfect compliment to help make this the most relaxing vacation we have..No need to worry about anything , it's all taken care of for you !! 8 bedrooms with private bathrooms makes a great option for all to have private space. We were a group of 12 adults and always had options to do as much or as little as we wanted. In house massages available for extra truly make it a great experience. If your on the fence, just do it.. you won't regret it. Until next year Family, be safe !

Amazing stay

The home is in a wonderful location with close proximity to beaches, beach clubs, hotels, spa, and an ecological reserve. This home is beautiful and spacious, with an amazing pool and outdoor area. The absolute highlight of our trip was the incredible staff at the house who made the most amazing meals and helped us with everything from transportation to restaurant recommendations and provisioning. Daily housekeeping was a great perk. This was a wonderful vacation, highly recommend!

Amazing

It was my 70th birthday and 50th wedding anniversary we were celebrating. The Villa was amazing but what made our trip so spectacular was how the staff became like family. Frank took care of all us and makes the best frozen margaritas! I really can’t say enough about how fantastic Juano cooking is every meal was better than the next. We will be back best vacation for all of us !!!

Great Villa

Villa is wonderful. There was a scheduling issue with a double booking which did not allow us to stay there the full week which was the only disappointing item. (But the owner was great in trying to accommodate us elsewhere during a busy week). Other than that the staff was first class, the rooms were large and well done, the location inside the resort is great. It is a wonderful villa.

The pick up can be intimidating but Jesus will make it perfect. The location is gorgeous 15 minutes from the airport. BRING CASH! Tipping can be crazy but they do a great job so they deserve it. The staff were my favorite of all. They become your family! Enjoy

Great home for a family vacation

We spent a week over Thanksgiving at Villa Arricife 32 with our 15 family members, ranging in age from 6-75. The property was spacious, beautiful and well maintained but in need of some repairs-hot tubs not heated, tv by pool not working, leaky roof in the front hallway after a rainstorm, shower heads in some bathrooms not working.. None of these impacted our fun but should be addressed. The staff, butler Frank, housekeeper and chef were outstanding. There are 2 beaches easily accessible by golf cart, and so many places to explore within the resort. We loved our visit to Punta Cana and our stay at this beautiful villa!

Issues

The house hands were great, butler, maid and cook were exceptional. The outside TV needs to be functional. Transportation cost I feel was expensive. I would get a vehicle for store and excursion runs or maybe even Urber. I would have to understand access in and out of the resort. From what I seen that could be a hassle dealing with guard shack personnel.

Amazing family vacation

We spent a week in November at Tatiana’s house and it was amazing. This was a multi family reunion, 15 people total, ranging from 1-70+. The house is big, beautiful and clean. 8 bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Plenty of space for everyone to relax. The pool by the house is large and cleaned daily. The area where the house is great. Safe, walkable. We took to the golf carts exploring every day. What really made the vacation was the staff. They went above and beyond. Antonio was extremely helpful and nice. His wife, Kathy, who cooked, was an amazing chef. Leading up to the vacation, Tatiana was very helpful and available to answer all our questions. Hoping to spend another week soon in paradise.

Our group of 18 traveled from New York to Villa Arrecife, and our stay was absolutely unforgettable. The villa itself is stunning—spacious, well air-conditioned, and beautifully maintained. Even with a large group, we never felt crowded.The true highlight of our experience was the incredible house staff. Their warmth, attentiveness, and dedication made our trip exceptional. Johanna, the chef, is second to none. Every meal was fantastic, but our final dinner was particularly memorable—a sancocho starter, grilled dorado, chimichurri chicken, and yuca fritters. It was, without a doubt, one of the best meals we had in the Dominican Republic.Frank, the house attendant, kept the energy high and made sure our glasses were never empty. His service and enthusiasm added so much fun to our poolside experience.While the villa is overall well-maintained, there are some areas that need attention due to regular wear and tear. For example, the master bedroom shower head does not function properly, requiring the use of the handheld option. Addressing these maintenance issues would further elevate what is already an amazing experience.Overall, Villa Arrecife is a fantastic choice for a group getaway. The combination of luxury, space, and an outstanding staff makes it an easy place to highly recommend.

Exceptional Experience

A+ Experience in every way! Onsite team - Chef (Kathy), House Manager (Frank); Housekeeper (Joanna) and Transportation (Jesus) and overall planning (Antonio) were AMAZING and thought of every detail. The meals (family style) were healthy, tasty and well planned - much better than a restaurant! We created theme nights and they worked with us to match the menu. Our trip was a "Celebration of Friendship" (16 women); Every one of them was raving about their experience, and several will return to this exact house with their families in the future. Location and accommodations were amazing. Clean, well maintained, safe/secure community and perfect for a large group gathering. All access to the resort (spa, multiple/beautiful golf courses, beach, pickleball/tennis, pools etc) accessible by golf cart; Planned a few off-site activities via Jesus and the logistics and experiences were perfect (party/snorkeling boat, scuba, zip lining, horseback riding, etc). Net-net I would HIGHLY recommend this property & the onsite team for your next vacation - it's everything in the VRBO description/photos and more. A huge THANK YOU to the entire staff for creating a once in a lifetime experience. Truly grateful!

Birthday Celebration Perfection

We were a group of 16, who are very experienced travelers and a majority being senior executives in the hospitality business---so we know great value and service! We were delighted with every aspect of our 5 nights and activities. Highly recommend Juana, chef! and hired Nina for extra help. We had breakfast and dinner daily. The food was bountiful and delicious. The first day, I met Juana and we discussed the menus for the week. Her food much better than any other place. Frank, such a gentleman--bartender and server...he is quality in everything that he does. We brought groceries and alcohol with Jesus and he worked with Juana to buy groceries for the meals. Each night Jesus met with me to tally up expenses and we paid, so as not to let things get out of control. It was perfect. Jesus planned all transfers, plus our private boat trip as well as our ATV experience which were both great. ATV may not be for everyone, but our group had great attitudes and laughed a lot!! There are photographers on the boat and on the ATV's so you get great shots. We added an additional golf cart for 6. The villa was beautiful, pristinely cleaned by Joanna. My guests were impressed with the quality and design. Thank you Tatiana for your beautiful villa. Highly recommend every aspect of this experience. The staff was totally accommodating and made me feel like a queen!!

Family Fun

We spent a week here with our children, their spouses, and all of our grandchildren. We were a group of 10 adults and 5 children (ages 5 - 11) and we all had a fantastic time! The house itself provided plenty of room with its 8 bedrooms and bathrooms for all us. There was plenty of living space inside but as a family we spent most of our time outside eating our meals, playing games, swimming or lounging by the pool, or just relaxing, talking and laughing. The location was perfect..the beach, the grocery store, and the airport were close by. As beautiful as the house was the staff (Frank, Katy, and Joana) made the house a home. When we experienced any glitches Frank was there to immediately take care of them. He took care of our every need with a smile and our kids adored him! We ate breakfast and supper at the house everyday and Katy took care of us! The food was so delicious our family opted to bypass eating out. She helped us plan the meals, went to the grocery store with us, and prepared the most amazing food. Joana took care of our rooms. Each day we returned to a room that was fresh and clean. Frank, Katy, and Joana made this house a HOME! We enjoyed getting to know each one of them and now consider them to be part of our family. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Amazing Staff and Home

We stayed here with some coworkers and my 16-year-old twins. Antonio, Kathy, Juana or absolutely amazing during our stay. Kathy's cooking with fantastic. She was able to cook up a White Marlin that we caught. The group greatly enjoyed their stay. The house is very clean and really big and spread out. Tatiana was great to communicate with and everything we ever needed was provided. Jesus helps with getting you around to other places. Just FYI do not book an ATV excursion. My whole group absolutely hated it. It was more drive around to new places they could try to sell you stuff. Other than that our experience was fantastic. I booked a 42 ft boat with Big Marlin Fishing and it was great. This home is in a gated community that is very guarded. You have access to the golf course which we did and it was nice. The Six Senses spa was fantastic. Some of the group had in home masseuse's come and they enjoyed it. We rented extra golf carts to be included along with the six-person golf cart. The Westin Resort pool was nice. Everything at the Westin is pretty expensive just FYI. There is some seaweed right now but the beach down by the golf course was great sitting by a tree with our layout chairs. There wasn't a seaweed problem down there. The overall stay at the home was great it was relaxing and Antonio takes great care of you. Juana is amazing at keeping everything perfectly clean and she will take your clothes in a hamper and wash them daily and fold them. Great home.

Exquisite 60th Birthday Surprise!

I wanted to plan a BIG surprise for my wife's 60th birthday, and was I surprised! Conversation via email with the owner was thorough during the planning, and she made sure the staff knew it was a surprise. This was our first and certainly not the last visit to DR. Words can hardly convey how pleased we were with the house, staff, amenities and their attention to detail to please. We had a group of 10, with 3 couples and everyone had "their space" with plenty of room to spare. The butler and chef were extremely helpful in planning meals and helping me at the local market. The maid was "invisible" most of the time as she took care of our rooms and clothes while we dined with meticulous care. I travel frequently as a Marriott Gold Rewards member, and I've never seen such amazing quality and attention to detail. You will not be disappointed with any aspect of this rental. To be honest, we did have one plumbing issue with a newly constructed room, but the local plumbers were on it immediately and resolved the problem with minimal disruption to us. The owner's daughter was there to great us upon arrival with a tour, and sent flowers and a cake for my wife's birthday. OUTSTANDING! They really made us feel like family. I can't wait to return for another vacation at this property. I would highly recommend staying here rather than one of those all-inclusive places. There is a golf cart available for a quick spin to the beach, or get a rental and cruise to the Carribean side of the island. This was a great way to experience Punta Cana and the local DR. Keep up the great work and I suggest you keep that fantastic staff!

Vacation of a life time!

Our expectations were high after reading the reviews on this home. I must say that they were surpassed on every level! Booking was extremely easy and the owner (Tatiana) answered every emailed question within moments. We booked for a week with a party of 17 people. This home was amazing! The staff made our trip the best vacation we have ever had. Antonio (butler) saw to our every single need, even on a whim... Excursions were very reasonable. We went snorkeling, deep sea fishing, catamaran ride, dune buggy tours, to the ecological park and even had massages in the house - all booked by Antonio on our behalf! I always asked him if where we were going was safe, and he always responded that we were his responsibility and would always ensure we were safe. The beach is very easy to get to and you have golf carts at your disposal. Kathy (the chef) turned every day groceries into exquisite meals! She made sure we had the best of dishes for the adults and always had something the kids would enjoy as well. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert - even served in shifts if everyone did not wake at the same time. Maria and Ashlyn cleaned our rooms every single day unbeknownst to us as to when they were even in there, and we all came home with all clean clothes... We sadly left the home and feeling as if the staff were a part of our family. Now.... are you ready for the best part that you likely won't read in any other review.... We traveled with a party of 17 and returned with only 16. A member of our party had her passport taken at the airport as we were heading home. She was unable to get through customs. Scared and alone, we quickly got in touch with Antonio on her behalf. He immediately came to her rescue and he and Kathy stayed with her, housed her, and transported her to the U.S. Embassy in Santo Domingo to get her home safely. Even beyond that, the owner of the home sent her daughter to her hotel to check on her and make sure that she had everything that she needed. This was AFTER our reservation had ended! I cannot recommend this house, this location, this family or this staff enough. If you have any doubts about where to book in Punta Cana - look no further. There is simply no other option as good as this one. You will live like rock stars in paradise and be taken care of beyond reason by this wonderful family and staff. We cannot wait to go back!

Simply The best!!

We couldn’t stayed in a better places! House beautiful, clean, well maintain and comfortable. Doña Katy, su hija , Juana y el señor Antonio made our vacation ever better. I would highly recommend it and hope to be back very soon.
