The Space:
Welcome to your Port Clinton getaway - a peaceful retreat close to the beach, restaurants, and Cedar Point. Relax inside or enjoy the spacious backyard designed for family fun.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
This home offers four bedrooms spread across two levels, accommodating up to 8 guests. On the first floor, one bedroom features a queen bed, while another has twin bunk beds. Upstairs, you will find two more bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with twin bunk beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV for added convenience. A fully updated bathroom with a tub and shower combination is located on the main floor, stocked with essentials including towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a Whirlpool gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, and a Keurig coffee machine. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper are provided, along with dishes and silverware. An extendable dining table offers seating flexibility for shared meals.
Living Spaces
The main living room features a Smart TV and a retro Nintendo-style game console loaded with classic games. Central air conditioning and heating keep the home comfortable in every season, while room-darkening shades and extra pillows ensure restful sleep.
Outdoor Living
Step outside to the private backyard, which includes an expansive deck with a gas grill and outdoor dining set with an umbrella. A separate patio area offers a gas fire table and conversation seating, creating a cozy place to gather under the night sky. The grassy yard also features a playground for children.
Family-Friendly Features
Families traveling with young children will find thoughtful amenities such as a baby bath, and the option to request a paid crib or paid pack ’n play/travel crib.
Additional Amenities
Guests have access to a free in-unit washer and dryer, free driveway parking, Wi-Fi with Ethernet connection, and self check-in via keypad. Essentials such as bed linens, cotton linens, hangers, iron, and clothing storage in closets and dressers are all provided. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

🤫 Keep noise to a minimum outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am.
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.
🚭 No indoor smoking (Minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning).
🚬 Smoking outside permitted.
🚫 NO underage consumption or drugs.
🎉 NO parties or large gatherings.
🚫You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice.
🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.
