ESTA UNIDAD TIENE UN REQUISITO DE SÁBADO A SÁBADO DURANTE LA TEMPORADA MÁXIMA! Este condominio de dos habitaciones / dos baños actualizado tiene capacidad para 8 personas. Con una sala de literas EXTRA con capacidad para 2 personas, esta es una solución muy económica para su gran fiesta. Con un precio de 2 dormitorios, pero realmente tiene TRES áreas para dormir separadas. El diseño es genial, todos tienen su privacidad. El espacioso dormitorio principal está en el lado de la playa, ¡otra gran característica! - Con la entrada al balcón frente a la playa. Otra entrada al balcón es desde la sala de estar frente a la playa. Increíbles vistas desde el comedor y la cocina. La preparación de las comidas es fácil, ya que la cocina está totalmente equipada y cuenta con una gran cantidad de espacio en el mostrador y de almacenamiento. Esta unidad de dos dormitorios / dos baños cuenta con dos camas dobles en el dormitorio de invitados y literas dobles en la habitación con literas extra. Para mayor comodidad, se puede encontrar una lavadora y secadora en este increíble condominio. La propiedad de Gulf Dunes se encuentra en una excelente ubicación, cerca de todo, pero muy privada. Customer service was fantastic, and we would consider staying at a Brooks and Shorey Resort again. Location is close to everything. It's next to Destin without paying Destin prices.

We love Fort Walton

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Fort Walton Beach. The property is as listed, with an incredible balcony overlooking the emerald blue and green waters. We watched dolphin and sting ray from our balcony. The unit is nice with lots of sleeping spaces. Some of the kitchen items are in rough shape, but we were able to manage a full Thanksgiving dinner with what was provided and a few items from home that we’ve learned are essential to our experience. I did have to contact customer service for an issue with one of the beds and got a prompt response: I opted not to have them look at it during our stay, but they ensured that someone would after we left. The only true complaint I have is that many of the doors felt “sticky”. We tried cleaning them but determined it was just a really bad paint job that never set properly. This was not a deal breaker for us and could likely be easily remedied by repainting the doors. The heated pool was amazing— especially after jumping in the cooler November ocean water. It’s a great property and I’d stay again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit before and they definitely did an upgrade with furniture and decoration. Love having the parking spot under cover for occasional rainy days.

Great place, location and vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved the location, the beach set up was very convenient. Kitchen was very well equipped with lots to cook most anything. Furniture was nice but wish there was a rug in the living area and bed room. constantly getting sand tracked everywhere. Overall an A+ for our family vacation.

Reviewer Comments: tHE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL AND VERY WELL EQUIPED THE ONLY THING IS i WISH THERE WERE GRAB BARS IN THE MASTER BASTHRONN THE TUB IS REALY DEEP AND IS HARD TO GET IN WITH US BEING SENIORS WE ARE AFRAID OF FALLING GETTING INTO THE TUB

Incredible View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Dunes. The condo was clean, and spacious, and matched the description in the photos. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The ice maker was a bonus. The bed was comfortable but a bit firmer than we are used to. The only recommendation I would make is to add an ottoman to the furniture in the living room so that there is a comfortable place to rest your feet! The view from the balcony was amazing. We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by in the early morning. We also took advantage of the offered Explorie activities and my husband golfed several times! We highly recommend The Shack restaurant in Fort Walton Beach (excellent Lobster Crab Cakes) and BoShamps in Destin for a pricier but excellent seafood dinner!We cannot wait to return and will definitely use Brooks and Shorey again!!

Home Away From Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Always a pleasure at Gulf Dunes. The only thing negative about this trip was not being able to sit on the balcony due to cigarette and pot smoke coming our way from neighbors. My daughter has asthma so we wish there could be a smoker's building and a total non-smokers building. And I think marijuana is illegal in Florida. Seemed to be from a couple of doors down from us...maybe 506 or 505. But hard to say for sure. Also the 2nd bedroom tv did not work at picture on it; just "no cable" sign when turned on screen. We love Gulf Dunes. Maryanna is the best!
