Tercer piso de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños condominio frente a la playa con el maestro en el lado de la playa con la entrada al balcón frente a la playa. Otra entrada al balcón es desde la sala de estar. Gran espacio para reunir a sus seres queridos y disfrutar de sus vacaciones familiares. Cama king size en el dormitorio principal y dos camas dobles en el segundo dormitorio, cada una tiene su propio baño completo con una combinación de ducha / bañera. ¡Una gran característica de este condominio es también la "sala de literas" que los pequeños viajeros adoran! ¿Qué tan divertidas son las literas? La habitación tiene un televisor y una bonita ventana, por lo que es brillante a pesar de que es más pequeña. La cocina completa está equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios de cocina principales, por lo que cocinar una comida siempre es una opción. Una lavadora y secadora completa también está disponible en el condominio para sus necesidades de lavandería. El balcón tiene excelentes vistas de la hermosa playa, ¡sin obstáculos!

We loved the stay here! Everything was nice and clean. Having the beach chairs and umbrella available was very nice to have. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Views

We stayed in the condo for a week. The condo was clean and spacious with amazing views of the ocean. We loved the beach chair service and the location.

Much needed rest

Wonderful place. If one thing could be improved...beyond the old school coffee maker...the bed in the Master is rock hard. If you spend enough time on the beach it will suffice. The location and quality of the property is top notch.

Another great vacation

This was our second time staying in this condo. We chose it again because we enjoyed ourselves so much the first time. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with kitchen supplies. We will be back!

It was spacious, on the beach, had carts for bringing stuff up the elevator (ie groceries) and was clean/comfy. We left them a boogie board and a cooler that hopefully future guests can take advantage of.

What a TREAT to be able to watch porpoises in the Gulf of Mexico every morning straight from the comforts of your own private balcony! We love the GUlf Dunes property, the location is perfect for convenience. This is a great unit to rent, the location of the unit on the third floor is nice being down towards the end of the level where you don't have the elevator noises to hear-this is a big perk! From your 5 star ratings, we think it's safe to assume condo 316 at the Gulf Dunes is going to be your vacation home from now on when traveling to Fort Walton Beach! This is exactly what we hope to provide you-somewhere you are comfortable so you can truly get some peace and quiet time. Afterall, what else are vacations for?! Condo was roomy and in excellent shape. Large balconies is a plus. Was very clean as well. The only thing I would say that would have been nice is that the air conditioner in the right side lobby was working and that there be some way of cooling the elevators. Overall would recommend these condos to family and friends.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was clean and spacious for our family of five. The view and seeing dolphins were one of the highlights. The entrance to the beach was easy to get to or you had a choice of two pools. One heated. Loved that we were able to cook our own meals and do laundry. Have one request of owners. At least one frying pan larger than 8 inches. We have already booked to come back next year.
